Balquisse Heritage Hotel

It was past 1am when we arrived at the destination. There was still a service staff waiting at the door and took us to the room. However, the quilt and curtains in the room were very dusty, which bothered us all night. The hotel swimming pool was nice and it was ok to take pictures. The taste of breakfast was indescribable. The triple drink we ordered was hard to swallow. The hotel was very rigid and urged you to check out at 12 o'clock, regardless of the fact that you arrived at 1am. My friend brought an ordinary camera, but he was not allowed to use it. He said that he would be charged 1,000 yuan for taking pictures with the camera, which was unreasonable.

First of all, the location is very close to the airport. It takes 15 minutes by taxi from Grap. The entrance along the street is relatively private and not noisy. It is very quiet at night and you can hear the sound of falling leaves and insects. The hotel building itself is very beautiful. The garden, swimming pool and restaurant are also set up in French style. There is also a restaurant open to the public along the street. The environment is also very good. Facilities: There is a small gym in a separate building. There is a large yoga venue on the second floor and a spa. Hygiene: Don’t ask too much for wooden materials and outdoor sofas. The hardware of the hotel itself is very good and exceeded my expectations. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. The guests are relatively quiet. Service: There is a fixed shuttle bus to Jimbaran. There is also a traditional dance performance at 7 pm on the day of arrival. Because I saw it in Ubud before, I didn’t watch it again. Free afternoon tea is provided from 4 to 5 pm. I think the hotel service staff is not worthy of the environment of this hotel. The waiter’s attitude is relatively indifferent, without enthusiasm and energy. 1. I made an appointment with the front desk for a spa at 16:30. When I arrived at the spa area, the staff said that there were guests coming. The front desk did not ask her first. After waiting for a while, I gave me a body massage again, but the time was not enough. 2. The welcome letter in the room is not written in my name I told the front desk but they just said sorry. 3. I had to check out early because of the early flight. When I returned to the hotel at night, the front desk stopped me and asked me to settle the spa fee first. There would be no staff on duty for check-out the next day. Only the security guard would help me. The breakfast box was also very simple with only two slices of bread and some fruits. 4. The hotel said that they had a classic car that could be sent to the beach. When I asked if I wanted to go to the beach to watch the sunset, they did not provide this service and their attitude was impatient.

Not bad...very suitable for taking photos...very beautiful and quite clean. Nice environment and good service the whole thing is good. I will go there again next time the food is just average. Not suitable for Chinese people!

The room has a Southeast Asian rural atmosphere, while also incorporating French romance. It perfectly blends the rough and the refined. The hotel is right opposite the InterContinental Hotel, a different world.

Our favorite hotel. But not all rooms are equally cool. The last time - I liked it less than we lived before. The hotel itself is, of course, unique - in a vintage colonial style.
