This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.

Facilities are there but not the best, some are old and a little rusty. Lots of mosquitoes but the hotel has put in several effort to ensure that we are covered. Service was superb & love the lounge!
