I enjoyed my stay at Grand Ixora Hotel, especially for my last two nights in Bali due to its convenient location just 10 minutes from the airport. The buffet breakfast was average but covered all the basics and varied daily. The small pool was a lovely area to unwind, and I appreciated the short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and I noticed water leaking under the shower door, making the floor quite wet. Additionally, there was some dust and cobwebs under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. Despite these issues, I would stay here again for the overall experience.

遅い便だったのにもかかわらず、外まで荷物を取りに来てくれて運んでくれました。
ちなみに空港からのドライバーさんもTrip.comで手配しましたが、素敵な方でした。
（空港から歩ける距離ですが、夜行便であればタクシーを利用した方がいいと思います。結構日本人からすると治安が悪そうにはみえるので、不安になるかと。）
受付をしてくれたのが、たまたま日本が好きな方で日本語でチェックインの説明をしてくれて安心しました。
ドライヤーが部屋になく、電話で頼んだら深夜3時ごろでしたが、部屋まで届けてくれました。
ウェルカムドリンクチケットも２枚くれて、翌日交換してもらいましたが、ドリンクの種類は選べません。
問題点とすれば、部屋が少し汚い（掃除が行き届いてないところはある）ことくらいですかね。
英語が拙い私にも、みなさん笑顔で接してくれる素敵なスタッフの方ばかりでしたよ。
