I had a fantastic stay at Ashton . From hthe moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep.
The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience.

At the foot of the airport, 11 minutes walk.
Breakfast, full buffet very well supplied.
Staff very attentive and very responsive.

Thanks for the hotel staff, especially the frontline with their best services. The housekeeping staff also give the best effort to serve guests. This is my second time to stay in Aston Kuta and still on my hotel list to stay when come back to Bali

We were greeted with welcome fruits and drinks. The luggage was delivered directly to the room.
Cleaning was done in the morning every time. It was very convenient for us. 4 bottles of water in glass appeared after cleaning every morning!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. A couple of times we asked the restaurant to heat up food. They never refused, and even brought it to the room.
The hotel is located near the airport, so there are a lot of transit tourists. Ideal for a short stop.
From the wishes: clean or better update the sun loungers and towels by the pool. Fix the leak in the shower))). The curtain does not help, water flows between the wall and the bathtub, we swam every time after taking a shower.
The hotel needs renovation, it's time.
