InBalance Resort

Very good experience, the service staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. The most important thing is that the environment inside the resort is very beautiful. Walking through a small road is the beach outside, which is beautiful.

Slightly particular context (which affects the perception and evaluation of the establishment), we were there alone. Positive points: - Location with your feet in the water (but a little difficult to access if you have rented a car) - Suggested activities (dolphin outing, massages) - Clean rooms with a very nice view - Beautiful swimming pool with view of the beach - Good breakfast - Nice open bathroom (but impassable in rainy weather, which is complicated if you need to go to the toilet) Negative points: - Half-hearted staff: let me be clear , we are in Bali, everyone is pleasant but precisely for Bali I find that there was a heterogeneity in the staff, some very smiling, outgoing (hello Esther!) and others very distant (a desire may be to don't bother us...) but when we are alone, we would have liked a little more human warmth - Communication problem (dolphin outing canceled then rescheduled then canceled...in the end we are asked why we didn't come and we were asked to pay a part...after discussion it was resolved) - The pool bar was closed (still the case?) - Slowness in certain tasks (eg: welcome cocktail only picked up the next day, as well as the towels for the swimming pool which were left outside all night (rain +++), as a reminder there were only 4 of us in the hotel. - Dirty beach (of course there was a storm a week before but nothing was cleaned in front of the hotel making it of no interest) In the end we had difficulty feeling comfortable in this hotel (the fact to be there alone certainly having to play there) but it remains a good address despite everything (hence the note)
