The hotel has two large swimming pools, one on the roof with a tropical garden.

Exceptional Stay in The Crystal Luxury bay resort!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's photos don't do it justice - the lobby, staff greetings, and overall ambiance are truly impressive.
The staff members are remarkably friendly, polite, and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel valued. The hotel's bay view is breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa - incredibly affordable and absolutely divine! I highly recommend treating yourself to a session (or two!).
Considering the exceptional quality and service, I believe this hotel is significantly underpriced. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever visit Bali again. If you're looking for a fantastic stay, look no further! 5/5 stars

Shampoo and shower gel were placed directly on the floor without a shelf. There was a road on the right side of the room, and it felt like the roar of motorcycles never stopped all night.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating and is very neglected. This is evident in absolutely everything: noisy old air conditioners (to the point of being impossible to sleep in), plumbing clogged with scale and oxidized, empty pools and bars (downstairs and on the roof), partially non-working elevators, a formal children's playground that would be better off not being there at all, and so on. The staff is certainly welcoming and friendly, but this is extremely little to get a rating higher than "Good".
