Raffles Bali

I haven't written a review for a long time. This trip was very meaningful. Finally, I decided to choose the Raffles Bali Villa Resort. To be honest, I was really amazed, whether it was the layout of the room, the facilities, the food in the restaurant, or the entire service team. If possible, I would like to give you 200 points. From contact to check-in, Ctrip helped to contact and complete it. Here I also want to praise Ctrip's work team for being very serious and responsible. In this trip, we were on a honeymoon trip. The hotel decorated the room for us and sent us a cake. We booked two nights of dinner ourselves, one of which was a honeymoon package at the Sunset Pavilion. Although it was a bit expensive, my lover was very happy. The sunset was simply amazing. The breakfast every day was also amazing. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The 24-hour caring service really made us very happy. I especially want to thank my housekeeper Gabriele, who took good care of us. Knowing that we were on our honeymoon, he gave us fruits every day. Even if he was resting at home, he could respond to us in time. My lover and I agreed that if we have the opportunity to come to Bali again, we will choose Raffles Hotel

The service at Raffles is the best, and it will move the guests. The various services are very considerate and in place. For example, when we asked if there was fried noodles for breakfast, the hotel didn't have it, but a waitress learned (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) and specially prepared it for us a day in advance. When we went to have breakfast the next day, the kitchen specially fried a plate for us. The shuttle bus was really responsive, and it arrived in about 1 minute. The food in the restaurant is very delicious among all the hotels in Bali. In addition, special thanks to Nyoman for giving us a lot of sincere help, so that we had a happy holiday! In summary, the scenery and beach of Raffles are not outstanding, but the service and details are great. It is a great brand.
