It's really exciting to be able to spend the night, hopefully you can get a room that might have a king bed so for 2 people you don't need twin beds

This was the worst hotel experience of my whole life. Staff was nice, but the room was so dirty. At first it looked good, but then we discovered stains all over the sheets, used qtips on the floor, 1 year worth of dust under the bed. And the bathroom… Where do i even start, it was so dirty everywhere, there was a hole in the wall filled with cockroaches and it looked like someone had thrown dirt all over the bathroom door. And there also was a severe stench probably from mold. Don’t ever visit this hotel.

After our first room was tiny, not cleaned and super loud, we asked if we could have another room. We then moved to a “superior room”. It's not clear to us what should be superior about it. It is incredibly dirty, the shower was very broken, there were insect cocoons hanging in the curtains and we had an extremely large number of mosquitoes in the room that seemed to come from the shower drain. It's not the first hotel in this price range that we've had in Bali and so far it's always been good, even if you don't expect luxury for this budget. Basic cleanliness and functionality of the room would be nice even at €10/night. So if you are looking for a hotel in Denpasar you should do yourself a favor and look a little further, there are certainly so many nicer ones.
