We checked in late at night. No problems. We warned via WhatsApp, they replied - no problem, we are waiting for you. The room is compact, but for an overnight stay - great. There is a mini pool. Breakfasts are good for Bali. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is excellent and the water is hot. The location is in the back streets. The taxi driver asked the locals where the hotel was. It is not worth walking to it, especially at night. It seems that it is close, but with suitcases it will be very uncomfortable on the local sidewalks and back streets. Take a taxi at the official counter at the airport. Unofficial dealers named some insane money for a 5-minute ride. In the morning, the owner of the hotel drove us to Ubud in a good car for very reasonable money. Many thanks to him, health and prosperity.

The exterior is worn out, but the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. However, the stray dogs are loud and wander around at night, so it's a bit scary. It would be difficult to walk there from the airport.

We were told there was no breakfast included when we checked in. However, I checked my reservation and we were indeed entitled to breakfast so I went back to reception and asked them again. They then said that indeed we were entitled to breakfast but that staff didn’t start until 7:00am and that because we had to leave at 6:00 am, they would not facilitate a boxed breakfast, not even an egg, whilst everywhere else we went in Bali and other countries accommodated our request.
The swimming pool is a pool, not a swimming pool.
The hotel advertises free airport shuttle but reception told us they stopped offering that service so we ended up having to pay for a taxi to the airport which is not very far from the hotel. You can’t walk there sadly so you have to take a taxi. It costs us 150000 for a 5 minute ride.
I feel lied to and will not go back there. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
