As a representative of Bali's jungle luxury, this Capella did not disappoint me. I came to Bali for vacation during the rainy season. I was worried that the rain would affect my mood, but Capella's unique tent holiday home design, the natural environment of the rainforest, the warm service, and the authentic food made me dispel these concerns. The white noise of raindrops hitting the tent makes sleep more sound, and the calls of various tropical birds make people feel like they are really in nature. The hotel's Indonesian cuisine, whether breakfast or dinner, is rich, exquisite, and authentic. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Add WeChat in advance to understand the check-in requirements, and there are also many free activities.

The second stop of the honeymoon in Bali was Capella. I was a little uncomfortable when I first came in, but after a night's stay, I realized what a secret place is, what it means to be empty, and what it means to be quiet in the depths of my soul. At night, I went to bed accompanied by the chirping of insects and birds, and the gurgling of water. It was pure white noise, which made our sleep experience reach an excellent level. Although there were some motorcycle sounds, they did not disturb us at all. However, I mentioned this issue the next day, and the hotel gave us a sap as a gift. The service was really amazing. Before I came, I sent an email to the hotel saying that I wanted a Chinese service butler, and they really introduced me to Fiona (Nana), a lovely young lady who returned from studying in China. The service was quite good. When we left, they also gave us the paintings drawn by our children. I really liked them. The food was amazing. I had the hotel's Japanese set meal, and the breakfast every morning was also delicious. I also had roast suckling pig on the third night. I would like to thank Fiona for her help. I will come again if I have the chance.

Finally, I experienced the Capella I had been dreaming about. Capella is located in the dense forest of Ubud. The hotel has a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. We booked a rainforest room, which is large and grand, and full of adventure style. Especially the toilet throne. The hotel is not big overall, and I climbed up and down to explore twice and I knew the way. The public areas of the hotel are all tent camp layouts, and the experience is great. The hotel includes free afternoon tea, HH, and campfire movies in the evening. Breakfast is in the main restaurant, there are not many view seats, you need to go early, mainly single-point, the taste is very good. Breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, you can enjoy it slowly. The hotel also has a variety of other activities. Overall, Capella Ubud is worth experiencing. It is worthy of being one of the top 50 hotels in the world

This is my first time writing a review because it was a really great experience. The service was very considerate. There are more staff than guests in a hotel. Most staff will remember your name and room number. The service is always ahead of demand. Because we had a one-day trip and the departure time was earlier than breakfast time, the staff packed breakfast for us. When we got it, we were surprised. There were not only sandwiches and bread, but also fried rice, coffee, and fruit. The environment is close to nature. Although we live in tents, the accommodation conditions and infrastructure are not inferior.

I have always been a die-hard fan of Capella, so basically Capella is my first choice. This one is very special, all of them are tents, but it’s not scary at all, and the environment and ecology are also very good. It’s worth it!

Capella Bali is like a movie to our family. We were immersed in it for three days and two nights. The designer of Capella is a magician who made it impossible for us to distinguish between reality and dreams. The sense of immersion became stronger as time went by... During our stay, the hotel took us on a room tour. Capella Bali has only 23 tents with their own characteristics. The hotel service staff is more than the hotel guests. If you are a couple or a family of three, the river view tent is just right. There will be small animals on the tent and outside the house late at night and early in the morning, and they will keep signaling. You can hear it clearly in the tent. The private swimming pool is small and exquisite, but the water temperature is cool. The keliki tent is the same size, and the private swimming pool is upgraded and filled with warm water. The Lodge is the best choice for a three-generation vacation. It has two bedrooms and three beds and has sufficient public space and a heated private swimming pool. The tent and the cabin are full of design details and powerful color matching. The small and beautiful hotel is matched with the Capella brand. It is very immersed in the hotel's dining environment. The beautiful scenery is combined with the soothing and comfortable time, which is relaxing and nourishing. At this moment, time stops and any music is a disturbance. After the hotel helped arrange for the babysitting, the hotel's Omakase is a must-try part. The environment and service are both first-class. After being tipsy, at this moment, I am Dr. Jones, in the colonial period. Finally, if you have any questions during your stay, find the hotel's duty manager Mr. Dedy. His communication, experience, efficiency, and decisiveness in handling problems are impressive and full of security.

My friend and I organised a trip to Bali and we stayed at Ubud for two nights. This place is unique, secluded and exquisite. It's unlike any other resort with a massive sign to point at the direction. From the moment our driver entered resort driveway, we felt the great sense of privacy and seclusion. The whole place is like a village with the lobby, the restaurant and the gaming room as the centre and rest of the tents (aka your hotel rooms) scattered all over the property, with unique themes. We stayed at the Archiver's room. It's stunning and one-of-a-kind. The tent came with a private pool facing the jungle, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. I loved the bathroom design and all the facilities. Bed was so comfortable, and staff members were kind and helpful, and they remembered our names. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails were so great. The cocktails are above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for gifts to bring back to your family and friends, I strongly recommend the coffee soap bar. My friend and I loved how it exfoliates and in the meantime not leaving dryness on the skin. The Indonesian food served at the restaurant is a must-try. I highly recommend the pork ribs and nasi goreng. What makes Capella so unique is that it provide you with the chance to immerse into the local community to engage and discover local heritage and culture, and meeting some fascinating people along the way. Overall, this place is one of a kind. During our stay, I heard other guests compared Capella at Ubud with Four Seasons in Chiang-Mai. I have stayed at both places, and the two have completely different vibes and ambience. Four seasons rooms are actually brick and wood constructions but the Capella rooms are actually " tents", with wood frames and a canopy as the roof. So we fell asleep both nights while listening to the raindrops on the canopy. It's so soothing and relaxing. Capella has offered the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious service and experience while embracing the wildness. Additional: Shout out to Dedy and staff members who offered such above and beyond services. After we left Capella instantly we regreted of not purchasing the coffee soap bars as souvenirs. When I called the Lobby, Dedy arranged to have them delivered all the way from Ubud to Jimbaran to our resort. It's not only my escape experience but also the fantastic people from Capella that left such a deep impression on me. It's definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend to stay.
