Beautiful villa, need improvement on cleanliness
We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. It seemed that there were only 1 person on duty that night, he offered to mop the floor.
The whole room was dirty and dusty, we were sneezing a lot.
At the end of our stay, the water in the shower came out black and sandy.

A fairly good stay
Nice enough room. Very spacious with good air con. Toilet space was big.
The swimming pool didn’t tend to get any sunlight due to the angle and the built up area. It was the only location we visited in Bali where we didn’t use the pool.
The staff were friendly on arrival and we got a free drink, which was a nice touch.
Other than that, they kept themselves in their office. I’m sure they would have been helpful had we asked, but it was noticeable the difference in their proactiveness to be helpful compared to other places in Bali (who would add you to a WhatsApp group, provide you local recommendations, etc).
They provided drinking water, but at room temperature. Not ideal in the climate. A water dispenser would be preferable.

It was wonderful. An oasis of peace and calm. Beach and restaurants close by, but you can cook in the villa if you prefer.

Great villas. Close to everything but so quiet and relaxing. Staff went above and beyond and made a huge birthday banner for my daughter in the kids room.
I personally prefer a villa over resorts and felt so safe and extremely welcomed.

Oh my gosh! We absolutely love Ellora Villas! Our second time here! Tucked away in our own private sanctuary we felt truly spoiled! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything perfect! Tika and Yuli are so awesome and helpful….with more patience than we can comprehend! We had trouble with Credit Card issues and Tika was so accommodating with helping us make phone calls. We will absolutely be going back to this wonderful “ treasure”! Thank-you Ellora Villas❤️🏝🌈🌟

This villa really was a hidden gem. Whilst we were looking for something beach side I’m so glad we found Ellora’s villas. It really was a little oasis, so quiet yet so close to everything. Our villa was huge and was our own little sanctuary. We had breakfast cooked for us in the villa which was a really nice touch. I booked direct and Eliane was super helpful and so very thoughtful, our flight arrived in very late and she asked if we would like any food or drinks ready in our room for us. We loved our stay and will be back!
