Our room was on the second floor with a view of the city, very nice structurally, but there are some things to improve. There were many small insects that bit me as soon as I set foot in the room, moreover there was no daily cleaning of the room and this created a lot of discomfort because every time something was missing I had to go down to the reception, even if the staff was very kind and helpful.
I didn't try the pool because it seemed a bit dirty. And we didn't even use the shared kitchen, which was also dirty.
In short, very nice structure and excellent location but it needs more cleaning. I'm sorry

We really enjoyed our stay at Singgah. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned as often as we needed it. We enjoyed the common area on the second floor as a great place to relax outside of our room.
The pool was always nice and warm and frequently cleaned. The location is also great so close to lots of great restaurants and bars as well as Bintang supermarket which was very convenient.
We will definitely be back 😊

Didn’t clean the room during the 3-day stay in the hotel. Room facing main road and tended to be quite noisy.
