The Ridge Bali

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ridge (Ubud,Bali) during my honeymoon and can not emphasise enough how thoroughly enjoyable the experience was. The boutique villa well and truly provides holidaymakers/honeymooners with a 5* experience, through its welcoming and warm hospitality. We were served breakfast daily in our villa by our butlers Ingrid, Ngurah and Anggi and had a large selection of western and classic Indonesian foods to choose from!! The villa itself is a brand new state of the art modern contemporary villa which caters for all needs. The view overlooking the jungle forest is simply breathtaking. I particularly enjoyed gazing at the sunset daily with my wife whilst enjoying the bathtub on the balcony. The villa also offered an afternoon tea experience during our stay along with a variety of packages to choose from for a couples massage. Thank you to The Ridge for an experience of a lifetime!

The villa is perfect for relaxing with a nice view to the river and jungle. Highly recommended to those who want to relax & have good time for clearing the mind. I hope to come again here to enjoy at the future. I would like also to thank my butlers Anggi, Ngurah & Indra for the lovely welcome and taking care of me during my stay. I also took the chance and have a massage at villa and it was lovely.

We LOVED our stay at The Ridge. Our concierge Indra, Anggi, and Ngurah were absolutely amazing. They constantly went the extra mile to care for us and ensured our stay was comfortable. Our primary driver, Malen, was a gem and we always loved talking to our waiter Wawan. Every staff made our experience a world class experience. We primarily ate at Sayan Valley, the in house restaurant, and every dish was delectable. Breakfasts catered to Western tastes but also had Indonesian classics. Lunch and dinners had a variety of entrees which we tried every one of. Drinks, coffees, and teas were hand crafted with care and flourish. Room service, massages, and turnover services were amazing. There was literally nothing we didn't like during our stay. We will be recommending The Ridge to all of our family and friends.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, with a personalised and caring service from everyone at the Ridge. Special thanks to Anggi, Indra and Ngurah for such a great stay. The room was very comfortable with ample storage for suitcases and unpacking, a very comfortable bed and a balcony which wasn’t overlooked. Breakfast is served either on their terrace or in the room. We had it every day on the terrace because of the wonderful view and also ate in the restaurant a couple of times. The food and cocktails were delicious. All in all a lovely place and we would definitely recommend.
