Hotels Near Blahmantung Waterfall in Bali

The hotel staff are very hospitable and warm. The environment is beautiful and integrated with nature. It's just that the transportation in and out of the city is not convenient. It takes more than 2 hours to get to the hotel from the city. If you want to take a vacation and live slowly, this is a very good place. It is not recommended to go there on a rainy day. Since the hotel is on the top of a mountain, it is very dangerous to drive on a rainy day. The fog is so thick that you cannot see the front.

We loved the setting and location of the hotel, the view from the pool is just incredible - beautiful sunsets. Fantastic that one of the pools was heated, this made a big difference during the cooler afternoons. The rooms were also beautiful, all done in wood, rustic but luxurious at the same time. The staff were also all amazing, very helpful and nothing at all was too much trouble, they organised everything for us. Only reason we gave a rating of four and not five was because we felt there was not enough variety of options available at breakfast. It is a small hotel and they asked us to give our breakfast orders the night before. Not a big problem but I think a buffet is nicer, especially for kids who can then choose and eat whatever and as much as they want. But we still had an amazing time at the hotel - again, the staff are really amazing. Thank you!

We're still basking in the warmth of our exceptional experience at Munduk Tentrem, even a week after leaving Bali. This intimate resort, with only 8 rooms, truly shines with its attentive and enthusiastic staff. Every visit to the One Eighty Panorama restaurant was met with a warm welcome from the eagle-eyed team, particularly Ari and Nana, who always greeted us with bright smiles and engaging conversations, making our meals feel like home. But what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking mountain vista. We witnessed the mesmerizing dance of mist, clouds, and sunshine, with the weather changing dramatically before our eyes. One moment, clear skies; the next, cloudy; then misty, drizzly, and sunny again – all in a single day! Munduk Tentrem's harmonious blend of pleasant staff, stunning views, and delightfully cool weather makes it the perfect haven to unwind. Our stay at Munduk Tentrem was a serene and perfect culmination to our two weeks Bali getaway. We can't wait to return and relive the magic.

It was one of the best stay i ever had. It was so relaxing and quiet. We got the best sunset ever, it was so pretty. The service was excellent. They always make sure that we enjoy our stay. We also had our room decorated with lots of flowers. We had romantic dinner on the first night but the portion was too big for both of us so we kept the dessert for the next day. The food was good too. We might go back there next time. They also had few options of activities that we can do during our stay, such as walking around the coffee plantation while giving us some information about coffee. We got to try different types of coffee as well. Excellent!

Service was good with friendly staff - typical Balinese culture. Breakfasts were good like expected

Not the best experience here, they tried to over charge us for laundry, it is already expensive at 25k a KG ( normally 10-15k ). They initially tried to charge us 230k saying we had over 10kg total ( we had under 6kg as had previously weighed it ), I asked them to weigh it again and they immediately said sorry we can do it for 150k. I paid extra when booking for breakfast to be included, but when we went for breakfast they argued that is wasn’t included, I showed them my booking and they agreed to include it, but then didn’t give us our included fruit 🤷♂️, the next morning I asked for it and was given it. Food was okay but small portions, view from the seating platform overlooking the lake was great, and the room itself was fine, I just got the impression they were trying to take advantage of tourists by overcharging on things etc…

Mistakenly hit this hotel, all three types of rooms are set Advantages: 1. Good environment: living in the mountains, there is a feeling of intimate contact with nature 2: The service is very good, the service staff always has a smile on his face, and his attitude is very good. 3. Breakfast is very good: experience American and Japanese style, all kinds of tropical fruits, juice, tea, change the pattern to drink, eat and eat, pack and take to the room... 4. Hygienic environment: I feel that if I don't stay in the room for a while, the hygiene will be secretly cleaned, and I will also send local snacks every day. 5. Europeans and Americans: Americans like to enjoy candlelight dinners around the pool. The Chinese still can't eat Western food, no taste. 6. Attractions: Look at the dolphins, drive for 30-40 minutes, there are niche punching spots, bird nests, swings, etc., no need to line up, cheap, shrink the cottage version, there is also a famous water temple  Disadvantages: 1. The room decoration is weird: the grotesque decoration, the mask head, just staying in the house is not used to it, a little afraid... but still respect the local culture 2. Bathroom: The bathroom is beautiful in the open air during the day, and the light is weak under the shower at night. A little scared, I am worried that there are snakes and other haunts, which may be in line with the tastes of Europeans and Americans. It is not the same. 3. Location: remote location, located in Rottweiler, the northernmost part of Bali, it takes about 3 hours to go to the southern airport, Bali No high speed, less eating near the hotel, less attractions, suitable for vacation, enduring loneliness
