Réservation prise par hasard suite à l'annulation de notre vol retour (inondations et coupure d'électricité à l'aéroport de Palerme), l'accueil téléphonique a été remarquable, plein d'empathie et de gentillesse. Après quelques heures de sommeil, nous découvrons un resort charmant avec une vue à couper le souffle !!! L'hôtesse, qui nous avait répondu la veille à 0h30) est présente et prend de nos nouvelles, nous oriente (à notre demande) vers le meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour ! Elle nous précise que nous n'avons aucune obligation de libérer nos chambres pour 10h (heure habituelle) et que nous pouvons les conserver jusqu'à notre départ (11h30 dans notre cas) compte tenu des circonstances et de notre arrivée tardive. Grazie mille !!!!!!

Resort accogliente con camere ben distribuite nella struttura, dotata di piscina con panorama da favola, ristorante con pochi piatti ricercati, personale cordiale. Unico limite la viabilità per raggiungere la struttura, in quanto le strade sono strette e poco curate

Petruso resort, luogo incantevole, adatto a tutti, grandi e piccini. Pulito, accogliente e ricco di servizi. Piccoli e grandi appartamenti colmi di ogni comfort. Ciò che cattura di più è l'eleganza la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli operatori che lavorano in sede, dalla reception al bar e al ristorante(piatti buonissimi) un ringraziamento speciale alle ragazze dell'accoglienza donne super, ed in particolare ad Alessandra, i suoi sorrisi e la sua empatia aiutano moltissimo a condurre un soggiorno indimenticabile... Grazie davvero e soprattutto grazie da parte del piccolo grande Joy che farà tesoro di questi splendidi ricordi ❤️ torneremo senz'altro a trovarvi ❤️

Nos encanto el complejo ,muy cómodo,limpio y bien cuidado. Solo pasamos una noche pero tuvimos todas las comodidades,la habitación muy bonita cerca de la piscina ,cenamos en el restaurante y nos gustó mucho la comida . El personal amable y lugar muy tranquilo . Recomendable.

Siamo stati in questa struttura a fine giugno 2024 con sistemazione family suite. La struttura è sicuramente stata progettata bene ma manca la manutenzione un po' ovunque che consente di godere appieno dei servizi. La piscina è piuttosto piccola, non sorvegliata e poco pulita.Gli appartamenti hanno le zanzariere rotte e mancano in cucina molti ammennicoli. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia della reception. Il posto è piuttosto fuori mano e la strada per raggiungerlo è lasciata andare e sporca. Sicuramente con più accortezza per i particolari e una migliore gestione può essere più apprezzato. Il consiglio che mi sento di dare è questo. Nell'insieme abbiamo soggiornato abbastanza bene, ma si può fare fare di più.

We loved the place. So peaceful. Rooms very spacious for our family with lovely outdoors. Staff super helpful and attended to our queries striaght away. Lovely children's area at the swings and an amazing pool area. Surely a place to go to! Thankyou!

Relaxing holidays! It is located in Balestrate (in a district). I went to this resort because they took my dogs. The place is very well looked after and has a lot of services (Bar, restaurant, billiards, magnificent garden, ping pong table, volleyball park, children's playground and above all swimming pool overlooking the sea). Dogs treated beautifully. The breakfast was small but of good quality. Excellent quality-price.

We reserved a room for 2 people at the beginning of September. The room is impeccable, sober, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is functional. We had the option of having breakfast for 12 euros per person, we opted for a croissant (deliciously filled with lemon cream or apricot jam) and a coffee for a small price. The swimming pool area (fresh water) is fabulous with a magnificent view and the possibility of dining there. We still found something to improve: the pillows are very hard.
