When the sign is flashing, the town’s “chain law” is in effect, requiring Chains, Snow Tires with Studs, 4WD/AWD or a Combination of those. Reservations are not refunded due to road conditions. Snow plowing of the driveway is not a complimentary or guaranteed service.—A note about SERVICE CALLS:The need for maintenance or repairs during your stay is rare, but if the need arises please keep in mind that HeathBrooke is not a commercial property. So there is no maintenance crew on staff.
