Koh Lipe Hotels with Balcony

"This hotel is just 200 meters from Pattaya Beach Pier, a bit quieter than The Ananya. Walking Street is also very close if you walk along the beach. The breakfast was decent, and the Thai milk tea was delicious. The service was good too; they helped us with our luggage and took us to the boat, which seems to be standard for island hotels – something Koh Lipe does better than Koh Samet. We went during the low season, so the prices were cheaper, and there were fewer people. The pool was practically empty. You have to pay to use the hotel's kayaks, whereas the one at The Plantation was free for two days, though the kayaks there weren't as good as Akira's. The room was large and quiet, and the 2-meter bed was very comfortable. I recommend this place."

"Stayed in June during the off-season, in a basic room type without a pool, for around 1000 RMB including breakfast for two. Overall, this hotel offered the best value for money. This time, I stayed in Villa 1 at the Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. It's definitely a high-value hidden gem on the island! The room's location is incredible, right next to the famous cliffside restaurant. You can walk straight down to the restaurant area, and opening the window reveals an expansive, endless sea view – clear and calming. It's perfect for capturing atmospheric, cinematic sea views with ease. The hotel's most delightful surprise was the private balcony breakfast service, offering both privacy and a touch of ceremony. Staff would promptly collect the menu at 4 PM the day before, and the exquisite and hearty breakfast would be delivered to the balcony at the agreed time the next morning. The food quality is outstanding, ingredients are fresh, and enjoying breakfast with the sea breeze truly immerses you in a relaxed island holiday mode. The hotel also has its own secluded private beach. The sand is fine and soft, and there are very few tourists, making it incredibly peaceful – you get to enjoy the quiet seaside scenery all to yourself. The overall design is a pristine, ecological mountain garden, with lush greenery and a tranquil environment. Strolling through the grounds in the morning feels like being in a natural coastal park – uncrowded, quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. It's especially great for flying drones. The room facilities are generally of high quality. Being adjacent to the Ten Moons Lipe Resort, the living experience is excellent. The only minor flaw was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, the water temperature was slightly cool, and due to the island's water treatment, the shower water was a little salty. However, with the hot island climate, slightly cooler water wasn't an issue at all and didn't affect the stay. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! What a shame we only stayed for two nights. The room amenities were great, the bed was very soft, and the staff were wonderful. A special shout-out to the driver who took us to our next hotel; he was a really kind person. The hotel's small boats were also a nice touch and free to use. The lady working at the bar was absolutely lovely; she was so meticulous and thoughtful, giving off a wonderfully warm vibe. And catching seafood on the beach at low tide during sunrise was fantastic! All in all, highly recommend this place."

"A long stretch of white sand beach, and if you walk a little north, you can catch the sunset at North Point. 🌊 The sea changes color many times throughout the day, but it's always incredibly blue, and beautiful even in the rain. 🛌 The rooms are more modern, but you have to wait a bit longer for hot water in the shower (staff said it's because it's low season). 🚣 Free 1-hour kayak/paddleboard/snorkeling every day. The first time I tried it, a hotel employee even taught me, and the next day they took me to a nearby island to snorkel. 🐶 Lots of cute dogs on the beach, and hardly any mosquitoes. The restaurant food is delicious, and the buy-one-get-one-free happy hour drinks are great. There are three round-trip shuttle buses to Walking Street every evening. It’s all the little details that make it so comfortable, like the automatic trash cans 🫶. I didn't want to leave, this is what a resort should be. (The only downside is that the breakfast selection is small and very average.)"

"We stayed in the Tree Pool Villa, and our kids absolutely loved it. They kept saying it felt like a real treehouse! The glass roof upstairs was such a nice surprise—we even spent some time looking at the stars before going to bed. They also had so much fun in the private pool. If they weren't there, they were swimming in the main pool or playing on the beach, which is only a short walk from the villa. The beach is honestly beautiful. The water is so clear and such a gorgeous blue. One evening we walked to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset, and it wasn't far at all. The resort was quiet and relaxing, the food was really good, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. Before we left, my husband and I looked at each other and said, ”We have to come back here again."

"This is a very famous sunset hotel with beautiful sea views. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathtub downstairs, which I didn't discover until the second day. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the sea view was absolutely delightful! The hotel's food is quite tasty, especially dinner, where you can also watch the sunset – it's stunning. The staff speak a little Chinese, are enthusiastic, and have a great attitude. The beach is private to the hotel; the sand is a bit coarse, but it doesn't detract from enjoying the sea views or kayaking. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back again!"

"I really enjoyed our stay jt was low season so nice and quiet but still a good atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable, we booked two but could have managed with one room with a 9 and 12 year old. Everything worked , the internet was decent. Gardens and greenery lovely spot. Breakfast was fairly standard for this type of accommodation. Nice fresh fruit eggs, bacon, pancakes , waffles and Asian options, eaten with a nice view of the sea. Location at end of beach but close to walking street. We tended to walk to North point and get a taxi scooter back for 50b. Food on island was good. Coffee from tugboat needs a mention. Island overall is beautiful and has a really nice vibe at present hopefully it doesn't get over developed. North point is a lovely area which still has it's natural beauty."

"This bungalow-style resort by Sunset Beach is really lovely. The check-in deposit is just 100 THB. I really enjoyed the hotel's layout—it's only a five-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, which is super handy. The hotel's beach area is pretty small and often has boats around, so if you'd like to go snorkeling, I'd suggest walking about 10 minutes to the east side of the beach. For calm, beautiful turquoise water, head to the north tip of the island—it's about 30 minutes from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort offers massage services, a diving club, and yoga classes. A quick note on the bungalow I stayed in: there was no hot water, quite a few mosquitoes, and the lighting was fairly dim since it's nestled among gardens and other houses. The hotel also follows an eco-friendly policy to save electricity."

"The scenery here is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to see blue tears at night by the beach, which was such a magical experience. In the morning, you can also catch a stunning sunrise right from the resort — truly peaceful and breathtaking. The service was excellent — all the staff were friendly and always smiling, which made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and very clean, and the shower had strong water pressure, which we really appreciated. The resort is located on a cliff, so there are quite a number of stairs to climb. However, the staff will help carry your luggage all the way to your room, which made the arrival much easier. However, since the room is designed as a wooden bungalow, it gets very hot during midday. Even with the air conditioning on, the cool air doesn’t reach the bed area effectively, so the bed still feels warm. Turning on the fan actually makes it worse, as it blows the heat from the roof downwards, making the room feel even hotter. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service and stunning views, but the room temperature during the day could definitely be improved."

"Bulow Casa was an absolute gem and one of the best stays we have ever had. The beach was stunning — pristine, peaceful, and just steps away. It’s the kind of beach you never want to leave. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was wonderful. The surroundings are beautifully maintained and create a truly relaxing environment that makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. The food at the hotel was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety that satisfied every craving. Dining here was genuinely a pleasure. The staff deserve a special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Their warmth made a real difference to our experience. One standout feature that truly impressed us was the complimentary shuttle service around Koh Lipe. Being able to explore the island freely without any extra cost was a fantastic touch that showed how much the hotel cares about its guests’ experience. We would recommend Bulow Casa to anyone visiting Koh Lipe without hesitation. We will absolutely be back."
