"Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village."

"The invincible sea view room was absolutely amazing! Drawing the curtains revealed the blue sea and sky, and in the evening, we could watch the stunning sunset. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We could even enjoy the sea view while taking a bath. The service was thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich with local specialties. "Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."

"The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!"

The balcony offered stunning sea views, especially on a clear day when the ocean looked like a 'jelly sea'. The hotel's toiletries were also excellent. "Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do!
Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious!
Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well.

It was fantastic to be able to wash our clothes at night, so we didn't have to carry dirty laundry around when we checked out. The balcony faced the sea, with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view and watching the sunset in the evening. Plus, they provided parking, which was super convenient for a self-drive trip! The only minor thing was that the floor felt a bit sticky, but they provided slippers, so it was still okay. We really enjoyed our 3-day, 2-night stay here and would definitely come back if we get the chance."

"You could just take as many amenities as you needed from the front desk!
They will replace water and towels every day if you request them.
Staff are available 24 hours a day.
The bathroom was a little small and there was no chair, which was a bit of an issue.
The area is very humid, so in the summer the dehumidifier quickly fills with water and makes a loud noise when it needs to be replaced. Lol"

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is superb, right next to American Village and very close to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. The only downsides were a slightly strange smell in the room and the fact that rooms facing the road could be noisy due to passing traffic.

JJP親子旅遊Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Okinawa, and out of all the places I've stayed, this one is the absolute best! The location is fantastic; I actually preferred it not being right in the center of American Village. It's literally a minute from Aeon Mall, a minute from American Village, and there's even a 24-hour gacha shop right next door. The sauna facilities are top-notch, and it's great that guests can use it as many times as they want. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'm definitely staying here again! 💛 The only minor issue was that after 10 PM, the staff member who helps with parking had gone home. I waited in the car for 20 minutes before calling the lobby to have someone come out and assist me with parking. On the plus side, the two nights of free parking were a great bonus!

The hotel is located across the road from the American Village and surrounded by a few other buildings so may be slightly difficult to find and identify. Walking to the American Village or Chatan Gateway will take 10-15 minutes. Luggage storage before is complementary and the hotel service was friendly. However water is not provided.

There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service.
This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill.
There are only 7 parking lots available.
Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around.
But for the price, one cant complain.
Check out is strictly 11am.
Wifi is ok.
Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer

GGuest UserMango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
