Split Hotels with Balcony

"The room was very clean, the bath towel had the hair of the previous guest, but the front desk staff was well-trained, hospitable, the breakfast was less variety, but the quality was high, the hotel room was very new, designed for the combination of Mediterranean and modern style, very comfortable and quiet, The location is very close to the old town. Since the stay is off-season, the front desk specially upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The overall stay is good and worth recommending."

"I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!"

"The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am."

"Room was clean, and full of amneties for a studio room. AC worked well but there was a fly as the window was open before we came in. Receptionist showed us around the room and explained the check out process and breakfast (coffee and tasty croissants). Entrance to room can only be accessed from outside of the street. Hence, a little concerned about the lack of safety."

"The room was better than expected, and we upgraded to a sea view room. Downstairs is a famous local beach where many locals swim and play ball. The breakfast was also good. But the city of Split as a whole is a bit boring, and one day is enough..."

"The hotel is in an incredible location, at an incredible price. The room and building were very clean with great facilities, though some of the room furniture, like the desk chair, could use a bit of a refurbishment. This however for most travelers will be no issue as you will want to be out and about exploring the city and using the room as just a home base. I will absolutely come and stay again, and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Split and my stay at Slavija. It can be a bit hard to find to those new to the winding streets, but the location is perfect for an unforgettable trip. Thanks to the staff at the Slavija for an incredible stay!"

"There is no one at the check-in counter. You have to contact in advance to find out how to check in. And the location of the hotel to check in is quite far. There is no elevator. The interior of the hostel is clean and warm."

The breakfast is very European-style, with rich fruits. Other food categories are small but exquisite. The room is small and exquisite, highly recommended. "Stayed for a while ~ It was nice to be clean! But there are a lot of stairs, so I'm embarrassed. But I was so grateful to be willing to drop the carrier when I checked out! ^^ It was so good because it was near the downtown area near the location.
