"This was my first trip to Europe, starting in Paris and then coming to Barcelona. Prices in Paris were ridiculously high; for the same four nights, I spent several thousand ********* dollars more there, and it was just a hostel. But I absolutely loved this hotel! It's away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas, located in a residential neighborhood, and not far from the metro station. It's a 4-star hotel 🏨, and the best part is the super spacious room with an enormous bed 🛏️ that was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. The bathroom was also incredibly clean and huge, making it a joy to use. It was just amazing, absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to Barcelona. I'm even hoping to visit Barcelona again this summer. I really miss that big bed 🥹🥹 I’ll always miss Barcelona and Arcelon Hotel 🥹"

"This is a good dormitory. I was able to use the showers and toilets at good times without them being crowded. If the showers aren't cleaned regularly, it could affect other guests. I was in a 6-person room, and everyone was very considerate. It can be tricky to know when to turn lights on and off, but everyone was respectful, so it wasn't stressful at all. Having a supermarket next door was also very convenient. The staff only spoke Spanish, but they were very kind! I recommend this place to anyone looking to save money."

"Fantastic hotel! It's super clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect – right next to a large shopping mall and very close to the beach. The nearby square has plenty of entertainment for kids. Plus, the hotel has two swimming pools, which my kids absolutely loved! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit."

"The hotel is cheaper than a beach resort but too expensive for an average hotel that it is. The rooms are clean, but certain things seriously take away from the experience. For example, the shampoo pumps don't work properly. The vynil floor is warped from water damage. The room smelled like chlorine when I first checked in. I would 100% take the smell of chlorine vs. the smell of something not clean. But still, they should pick a different cleaning product.The rooftop bar +pool area is too small for a big hotel like this. The tables at the bar don't get cleaned timely. The hotel is on the beach, but it's a public beach and half nudist.
Positives: it's a 15 min walk from the metro, there is a nice supermarket steps from the hotel. Towels are clean. Bed very comfortable. There is a tea kettle w tea/coffee/creamer in the room."

"The hotel initially assigned us a terrible room right next to the elevator, with a constant dripping sound and a window facing an air shaft, making the air circulation poor. After communicating with the front desk, they changed us to another room of the same type, which was much better. So, if you book this hotel, remember to speak up if you're not satisfied.
The room change made a huge difference. This was also the only one of the four hotels we stayed at that provided toiletries and slippers.
The location is excellent, right next to Casa Milà, which is perfect for booking an early morning ticket for it.
It's also very close to the metro station, making it convenient to get to Sagrada Familia and the train station."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. Take the Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya, and it's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get to major tourist attractions. It's also close to Carrefour and the market, so there's no shortage of restaurants. The breakfast was European-style but satisfying, and the 24-hour buffet was a bonus. I like to drink a lot while traveling, so it was great to have beer and wine available with snacks. The room was standard-plus, which is appropriate for the price, but it was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thank you."

YYunxingtianxiaThis hotel truly has it all! Located conveniently on a corner, it's perfectly situated for easy access to dining and shopping. I even got to enjoy Cheese99, a popular spot, every day. Plus, it's within walking distance of Gaudí's masterpieces: Sagrada Família (25-30 minutes), Casa Batlló (15-20 minutes), and Casa Milà (10-15 minutes).
The service deserves a special mention. They were able to book tickets for a football match, and I was incredibly lucky to catch Barcelona playing Copenhagen at home. This included round-trip transfers from Camp Nou to the hotel. Although I interacted with four different staff members for inquiries, confirmation, payment, and transfers (due to different shifts), they all maintained excellent communication throughout. It made for an unforgettable and wonderful evening. I truly experienced the magic of football – the players' agility, their teamwork, varied passing, and the unpredictable, thrilling score changes. The stadium was packed with fans, their cheers and enthusiasm palpable, singing and dancing with genuine passion for the sport! ⚽

AAndrea_tutiangeThe room was exactly as shown on the booking page. What you see is what you get. Toiletries and disposable slippers were also provided. We arrived late on our first day and didn't have time to buy water, so the hotel gave us a bottle, which was very nice! We booked a standard double room, but it had a small balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor restaurant. The view was lovely.
The security was also very good; nothing was lost during our several nights. We also noticed that the automatic door at the entrance was manually controlled by the front desk, so unauthorized people wouldn't be able to get in.

Its location is a bit off the beaten path, a little far from the Barcelona Convention Center (Fira de Barcelona). During peak exhibition times, taking the subway is actually more convenient than a taxi. Overall, compared to hotels closer to MWC, it offers great value for money.

GGuest Userwe had booked for 3 persone but the room prepared only for 3 ... They immediately solved it, but slippers and more remained for 2 . Room too noisy near the stairs you could even hear footsteps and all the others... The staff were kind and very helpful.

GGuest UserUpon checking in, they will give you a welcome drink. They will show you around your assigned room. Bed was very comfortable and there’s aircon in each rooms. Kitchen is sufficient and there’s a lot of chairs to sit in. Breakfast was simple but filling. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

GGuest UserRecently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous.
They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

GGuest UserWhen I arrived on the first day, the bedding was dirty, and there was strange dust on the pillows. I thought this was how it usually was, but then I saw that the bedding was clean after others checked out. However, after staying for four or five days, they did change my sheets and duvet covers, so I found it acceptable. The kitchen only has a small microwave, which is only good for heating up simple food, not for cooking anything substantial. This place seems to host various groups frequently; during my stay, there was a group of kids on a training trip, and it felt lively and noisy every day. The room is small, and the hallway is quite narrow, so privacy is a bit lacking, but hanging up some towels for a bit of cover was acceptable... The staff were all very nice! The location is decent; you can walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, and taking the bus is quite convenient. However, it feels like a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which is a bit far.
