"The location is excellent, with the guesthouse and convention center both in this area. When checking in, the front desk attendant asked about my booking channel. Upon hearing it was Ctrip, he even upgraded me to a lake-view room. The view is spectacular, and the scenery is beautiful. In the morning, the sunlight streams onto the balcony, and opening the curtains reveals a picturesque landscape. The room is spacious, with distinct living and sleeping areas. The layout and amenities are fantastic. The breakfast selection is varied, but my favorite was the congee with dried bamboo shoots, and the coffee was delicious – an Americano was perfect for a morning boost."

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

"It is indeed rare to find a homestay decorated as a villa. I am very satisfied with the room as a whole. The proprietress has a good service attitude, is warm and hospitable, and is generous. "Super satisfied! The B&B is right in the scenic area, with great views. You can see the sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. When the weather is good, the sea is super blue! The boss, the boss lady and other staff are so enthusiastic. They upgraded our room type and fed us fruit snacks like crazy. We couldn't finish them. The food in the B&B is also delicious, with authentic Ningde flavors. The dog in the B&B is so well behaved! It happened to be the Chinese Valentine's Day, and they prepared cakes for us. It was so grand! I wish the B&B a prosperous business!"

**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
**Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

Guest UserWe traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. Thank you very much for the help of the boss, which has added a strong human touch to our tourism in Dongbi Village!

The room location is excellent. It's in the commercial heart of Dongbi Village (right next to the village committee), with seafood stalls just across the street, making dining super convenient. Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!

Guest UserThey don't charge a cleaning fee for pets, and there's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient.
Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade. The living room on the fourth floor offered great views for both sunrise and sunset.
The auntie was very welcoming, and the fishball noodles she cooked for breakfast were absolutely delicious 😋.
It's not far from Xiaohao Beach. You can borrow an electric scooter to ride there, or even a leisurely walk isn't tiring.

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

The room is very tidy and clean. The lady who owns the B&B is not only beautiful, but the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The details are very meticulous and in place. Every day travel guide is sent to my mobile phone. The free breakfast is freshly made every day, seafood noodles + coffee + Milk + dumplings, etc., as well as fresh fruits. The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. Special breakfast is very good, one person, one local special noodles paste, and the price is very high, the boss recommended to catch the sea people to go fishing, the experience is good, the sea goods can be processed by partners, next time you have the opportunity to stay again

Facilities: This hotel is really a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect to be able to stay in a hotel with such considerate service in Xiapu, Fujian. The surrounding facilities are very good. There are cafes, western restaurants, Chara, bars and some seafood restaurants at night. Hygiene: The hotel is also very clean. Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby. In addition, its supporting western restaurants are very beautiful. Service: The hotel's service is also very nice. They will call to confirm and send information before the trip. 避開了到處都是人人從從眾眾的十一，來嵛山島玩簡直寶藏海島🏝️
第二次來嵛山島了，上次來的時候環島路還沒修好，一直覺得有點遺憾，這次就是專門衝著它來的！
果然沒讓我失望！民宿服務還是那麼熱情温馨，讓人感覺像回島上親戚家一樣。這次可算騎上民宿的小黃車🏍️去環島路了，沿着海邊一路開，風景超讚，看到了日落🌇，海風吹着特別舒服，這才是度假該有的感覺嘛～
房間還是跟記憶裏一樣乾淨，住着安心。
嵛島皮皮蝦跟菜市場口感完全不！一！樣！它是鮮甜的！當然還點了我心心念唸的紫菜餅，太滿足了！
總之，這趟回來得很值，如果説有什麼小遺憾，就是島上的移動網絡在部分路段信號不太穩定，不過這才能讓我們注意到眼前的風景嘛～
