"Service: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂. Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀. P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!"

"Choosing this hotel for our trip to Xiaoqikong was the best decision we made! What initially drew us in was the hotel's VIP access to the scenic area, which was incredibly important, especially during the May Day holiday. It gave us at least an hour and a half more to enjoy the sights exclusively, and the Seven-Arch Bridge was stunning in the morning before the crowds arrived. But the VIP access was just one of many highlights. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, completely devoid of that 'employee's attitude' that can often make interactions uncomfortable – those who know, know exactly what I mean. Whether we were walking through the hotel, exploring the corridors, or encountering staff outside, everyone greeted us, and especially the children, with a gentle smile and soft-spoken words. The hotel also provides a dedicated MPV shuttle service to and from the town. The vehicle was spotless, odor-free, and the driver was impeccably dressed, perfectly aligning with the high-end ambiance of the hotel. The management truly excels in this regard! Thirdly, the hotel offers various activities that kids love, such as making crystal bracelets and an insect catching game with prize redemption. They also provided complimentary tickets to a stand-up comedy show, which was a nice way for adults to unwind in the evening. The swimming pool was also very clean! Fourth, the hotel breakfast was delicious! You absolutely must try a bowl of their noodles. Some of the dishes were beautifully plated as well. The mini-bar was also very generous, offering a wide selection of beverages. Overall, the entire hotel exuded a sense of comfort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or family when they visit Xiaoqikong. Even on our way back to Beijing, my child couldn't stop talking about it, constantly saying it was the best experience of our trip!"

"Seriously, I can't praise the Narada Libo Xiaoqikong Hotel enough! This stay was absolutely perfect, so surprising and heartwarming 💯. The hotel staff were incredibly gentle and enthusiastic, with service that was attentive to the core! Not only did they thoughtfully provide a shuttle service to and from the East Gate of the scenic area, making travel completely stress-free, but we were also incredibly lucky to get a free upgrade to a family connecting room. They really understand the needs of families traveling together – what a pleasant surprise! The hotel also offers shared clothes dryers, so I was able to wash all my clothes, which was fantastic! The hotel breakfast had a wonderful variety of options, and the food was delicious and flavorful – very satisfying. For lunch, I didn't hesitate to choose their in-house restaurant, and it was perfectly to my taste. What was most touching was when I accidentally dropped something, the staff actively and diligently helped me search for it, showing genuine warmth and attentiveness throughout. Staying here truly felt like a home away from home; the service was impeccable, warm, and thoughtful! My itinerary was perfectly planned, but now I'm reluctant to leave and truly wish I could stay a few more nights! If you're visiting Xiaoqikong, definitely choose this place with your eyes closed – you absolutely won't be disappointed. I'll pick Narada again next time!"

There was only one review when I booked, so I was a bit hesitant, but I was beyond satisfied once I checked in. The hotel is super new, and I wondered why such a great place had so few reviews. I found out they had just been listed on Trip.com. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures – my photography skills don't do the room's beauty justice! From the moment I booked, someone thoughtfully asked about our high-speed train tickets to arrange a pick-up. At the station, the young man eagerly helped us with our heavy luggage. Everything felt so warm and welcoming. I'm willing to spend time writing an honest review so more tourists can see this amazing hotel and help those who are undecided. Haha! I love staying in new hotels, and the overall experience truly makes it the top choice for a trip to Libo. We stayed in a room type that's unique to the entire hotel. Compared to other hotels near or within the scenic area, the price is genuinely not expensive at all, considering the room is large, new, and you can see the distant mountains from your bed, watching the clouds change. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the East Gate of the scenic area, and you can even see the scenic area's ticket office from your bed. Transportation is convenient right outside, and amenities are all around. It's not noisy at all; I usually have trouble sleeping, but whether it was the comfortable bedding or the super quiet environment, I slept soundly until morning. The lobby design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style – I particularly loved it; it felt soothing and relaxing the moment I walked in. The room was meticulously clean, with attention to every detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making sleep especially restful. It's worth mentioning the staff's thoughtful and proper service, with gentle and polite attitudes. Especially the manager – I've never seen a hotel professional so passionate about their job. They were full of energy throughout, incredibly patient at all times. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us directions, making our travels convenient and saving us a lot of time. On the day we left, May 3rd, it was raining heavily, and we had a lot of luggage. Several staff members at the front desk, without umbrellas themselves, braved the rain to help us load our luggage into the car and took us to the high-speed train station. At the station, the manager asked me to help my elderly mother while they again braved the rain to move our luggage to a sheltered spot right at the station entrance, ready for boarding. It was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Every young lady at reception was meticulous and promptly responded to any needs, making us feel respected and warm. The young lady who helped us check in on the first day was also super nice; I loved interacting with her. I mentioned wanting to see other room types, and she enthusiastically showed us two other Loft styles. Next time, if we're with more people, I can bring my family to stay. One of them even had a small pavilion on the top, perfect for having tea, very comfortable. I didn't see her on checkout day and wanted to say goodbye. Thumbs up to the welcoming staff and the children at the restaurant – their service was absolutely fantastic, super enthusiastic. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete and practical facilities, embodying both quality and warmth. I hope they'll have long-stay packages so I can come back for an extended period during the off-season. One ticket allows free entry for seven days – so worth it for just over a hundred yuan! The scenic area staff were also super enthusiastic, patiently explaining routes when we were unsure. Even during the busy May Day holiday, they patiently explained everything, making the experience excellent. Vehicle management was orderly; there was no traffic at all. We went to the East Gate on May 1st and 2nd at noon, and there was hardly any queue. I'm writing this on the high-speed train and at the station. It's worth noting that every platform at Libo High-Speed Train Station has scenic elevators, which is another bonus point, making it friendly for large luggage, seniors, and children. Okay, I won't write any more. In short, for my first time in Libo, both the hotel and the scenic area service were superb. I'll definitely come again if I have time. The guesthouse has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was warm and clean, with a unique decor, soft and comfortable bedding, and all the facilities were complete and very new. A washer and dryer were provided free of charge. The staff and receptionist were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room with a view. They patiently answered all my questions from booking to check-out, proactively providing travel advice and even giving me complimentary fruit, making me feel truly welcome. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with a quiet and private environment, and attention to detail that shows their care. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking comfort and convenience."

"The room design of the homestay is really poking me too much! The whole is a simple and high-end log style, with warm wooden furniture and soft bedding. The colorful bed towels add a touch of spirit, and they feel warm and comfortable as soon as they enter the room. The most amazing is the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. Open the window is the lush mountains and forests of Xiaoqikong. The clouds and mist are all blockbuster movies, as if sleeping in landscape paintings. The room facilities are also very complete, the clean and tidy beds are soft and comfortable, the quality of toiletries is online, and the layout of the details can feel the store's intentions. Sitting at the table and chairs by the window, drinking tea, watching the green mountains and green trees outside the window, all fatigue is instantly dissipated, and the relaxation of the holiday is directly full!"

"We visited Xiaoqikong and Daqikong right before the May Day holiday. After a lot of research online for routes and comparisons, we decided to book this hotel. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children. The decor is new, but there's no renovation smell at all. The rooms are spacious, about twice the size of a typical city hotel room. There are plenty of power outlets, which is great for all our electronics. The design is really strong; it skillfully avoids that cluttered feeling some hotels get when they try too hard to be stylish. It's super convenient, only about a 200-meter walk to the West Gate of Xiaoqikong. There aren't many commercial facilities around, so you can eat at the hotel (the chef was on vacation when we were there, so we only had hotpot and can't comment on the à la carte dishes). Breakfast is served as a set meal, and the portions are quite generous – none of us ever finished it all. Outside the hotel's main entrance, there's a luggage storage area where you can drop off your bags and have them sent directly to the East Gate. The service was excellent. We stayed two nights, and on our departure day, we left our luggage to be sent to the East Gate, but I forgot to take a picture of the pick-up point's address and phone number at the East Gate. I realized this after we had exited the East Gate and contacted the hotel. The hotel manager promptly went out, took a picture, and sent it to me. I'm very grateful for their quick resolution to a sudden problem. Five-star rating for the hotel! Highly recommend!"

"It was my first time to Qixiaokong, and I was really lucky. I booked this homestay, and the owner was very nice. I didn't feel like a stranger in a foreign land at all. He was enthusiastic, cheerful and patient. As a Virgo, I am very satisfied with the sanitary conditions of the room. The mattress and pillow are comfortable, there is an electric toilet, and the shower water is large and heats up very quickly. The most important thing is, if you are from the north, you must come here, you must come here. Their breakfast, fried dough sticks, soy milk are all the taste of our north, including the steamed buns, which are so delicious. Oh, I forgot to mention the view from the open window, it’s unbeatable. You must charge, you must. Although we were very close to the scenic spot, the boss still used the small car in the third picture to pick us up, hehe"
