Immeuble moderne directement sur le Lac, accueil et personnel sympathique, chambres fonctionnelles, bonne insonorisation, quelques suites avec vue, jacuzzi et sauna sur la terrasse, grand et beau SPA . Dans les chambres pas de pèse-personne, room service limité ( 5 plats simples ), bouilloire sur demande, ( pas de thé ), informations en hongrois uniquement. Fitness minuscule ouvert 8 h. à 20 h , pas de chaînes TV internationales, saunas des terrasses privées trop petits pour deux personnes, fond de la piscine trop haut pour pouvoir nager ( 100 cm ) Petit déjeuner buffet compris dans le prix de la chambre, sauf les 5 plats principaux, ( omelettes et toasts ), avec un beau choix, fruits et bonnes viennoiseries. Par contre, les assiettes sont froides, même dans le chauffe-plats. Son restaurant NOON, mérite sa mention au guide MICHELIN : accueil et service parfaits, mets gouteux et parfaitement cuits, bon choix de vins. Seul le choix des 3 dessert est peu original.

Would love to give this a terrific overall review, but I cannot. The rooms, staff and food, as noted by others, are very good. Spa is a treat. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately the place has a huge problem with bugs and mosquitos, which descended on our room when the patio door was opened. We spent the better part of an evening killing bugs in our our room, then moving the bodies away from the bed. I contacted the general manager about this this, he did nothing except say, "this happens some times." That's totally unacceptable for any property let alone one that bills itself as five stars. My problem with management responsiveness is echoed in other guest comments. Ownership and management need to take a course on guest relations and responsiveness if they want this to be the hotel it can be.

Wir haben ein Superior Zimmer mit „Parkblick“ gebucht. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen „Parkplatzblick“ und Blick auf Müllcontainer sowie die PV Anlage handelt. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage unser Problem zufriedenstellend zu lösen.

Resort is amazing. Perfect adult sanctuary. Staff and amenities were terrific. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Michelin star!!! Shoutout to Jennifer for being sooo helpful and welcoming at the front desk. Food is amazing. Robert was our waiter and was a great experience. Highly recommend this stay. Sad to leave!!!

Really friendly and professional atmosphere. We spent 3 really relaxing nights here with my fiance. The noon restaurant was amazing, the dinner menu gave us a really great ,,gourmet” experience, the tastes was amazing and interesting! We surely will come back here! It’s a new favourite for us in Hungary!😊

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Balatonfüred, jedoch nur etwa 15min Fußweg zur Fußgängerzone. Es fährt auch so eine Straßenbimmelbahn ins Zentrum, brauch man aber wirklich nicht. Wir waren hier 8 Tage und sind begeistert. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, insbesondere für Saunagänger (95grad, Biosauna, Dampfsauna etc - alles wie auf der Website), Liebhaber von warmen Wasserbecken mit Whirlpool und Massagedüsen ein absoluter Volltreffer (keine Extrakosten und wann immer man will bis 20Uhr). Wer richtig schwimmen will, geht einfach vom Privatstrand in den Balaton. Es gibt genügend Liegen und keine üblen Handtuchblockierer. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm (Größe und Ausstattung gut), kleiner Balkon und ein ordentliches Bad. Der Service ist durchweg angemessen, jedoch möchte ich die Rezeption hervorheben, die es ermöglichen zwei Tage früher einzuchecken. Danke! Das Restaurant ist definitiv eine Empfehlung zum Abendessen! Die Weinempfehlung des Sommeliers kann man bedenkenlos folgen. Internetbandbreite ist gut auch im Außenbereich.

My husband and I came here for a few days for my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so excited to have us and so attentive to us. They wanted to be sure we had an amazing stay. They wished me happy birthday numerous times and even went out of their way to provide me a special spa gift experience and a surprise cake and champagne at breakfast. Everyone who works at LUA wants you to have a good stay. They provided recommendations on where to go (we took a trip to Tihany), call taxis, provide maps, etc. The spa at the resort is also amazing. The Beach area was not open yet as it was too early in the season, but the whole spa was open. We used the pool (indoor and outdoor), the hot tub, and lounged outside when the sun was out. I also purchased a 50 min full body massage and it was by far one of the best massages I have gotten in my life. The rooms are also wonderful. Very comfortable and nice views of the marina. NOON is their restaurant where we ate the entire time. We had half board so breakfast and dinner was included. The breakfast had a full buffet and something for everyone. And for dinner, even after eating there for three nights, we never got bored of the menu. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend or few days. It is a hidden gem.

Schöne Lage, wenn auch etwas abseits, das touristische Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut 20 Minuten entfernt, einen Shuttle gibt es nicht. Wir waren über Ostern und offensichtlich wurde das Hotel vom guten Wetter "überrascht". Die Terrasse des Wellnessbereichs war jedenfalls nicht geputzt, gleiches galt für die Kabanas. Auch das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam, d.h. Geschirr, leere Flaschen und Handtücher wurden nur sporadisch weggeräumt. Wellness ist ok, aber nicht berauschend (Saunalandschaft habe ich nicht aufgesucht, daher habe ich dazu keine Meinung). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings war um 10 Uhr am Ostersonntag der Andrang so groß, dass viele Gäste zunächst keinen Platz gefunden haben (obwohl ein kompletter weiterer Raum zur Verfügung gestanden hätte, der aber nicht geöffnet wurde). Kaffee dauerte 20 Minuten, mit dem Abräumen kam das Personal auch nicht hinterher. Zum Restaurant kann ich keine Angaben machen, da wir abends auswärts Essen waren. Das Hotel genügt den eigenen Ansprüchen leider nicht, bei 5 Sternen und den entsprechenden Preisen hatten wir höhere Erwartungen.

The hotel is in a prime location with rooms that are elegantly decorated. It is equipped with a luxurious spa. The hotel is well designed with an elevator for people going to the spa so they won’t encounter fully dressed guests in the elevator embarrassingly. Every staff I’ve come across at the hotel was amiable and friendly. Sadly, we only stayed for one night. This is a great place for holidays.
