"Deserves its title of one of the best family hotels in Hungary. Lots of fun for children. For adults great food, vine selection, SPA and comfortable rooms. Price is partly compensated by free dinners (really good ones & diverse), mini aqua park & playground. Disadvantage: well, this is southern beach. If you wanna swim in the lake, you gonna make real pilgrimage just to make your pants wet, water reaches your knees after 10 meters or about. But maybe for children it's even good."

"I originally booked only one night and thought it was pretty good overall, so I booked another night. However, the room was never cleaned or maintained properly; even basic amenities like bath towels weren't replaced. I simply can't understand this. It looked like a nice hotel, but after checking in, I discovered various problems. The bathroom smelled terrible, and showering caused water to splash all over the bathroom. However, the breakfast was truly commendable and excellent. The hotel also has a restaurant that has been on the Michelin Guide for several years, but it wasn't listed in 2025. We ate there both nights, and I wondered why it wasn't on the list again. The first night, the ingredients were good, and we had a great experience. The second night, we ordered the same pork chop as the first night, but it tasted terrible. It must have been because the ingredients weren't fresh. We asked a waiter, but they just took it away without any apology, just brought the menu and told us to order again. We paid the bill normally, and no one even bothered to say hello, as if nothing had happened. So what do all those award certificates on the walls mean? Forget it, I won't recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the cleanliness and staff deserve the highest praise. The facilities for children are excellent — the large playroom is spacious, tidy, and spotless. The water in the pools is warm, and the pool hygiene is at a very high level. It would be nice if the pool were a bit larger, but everything is kept in good order. The only real drawback is that the pool is located in a separate building and is not connected to the hotel by an indoor passage, which is a significant inconvenience during winter days."
