Back rooms should have balcony. House keeping is good but more maintenance is require. Mirror was broken. Centre table are in very poor condition. Water katle was broken. Intercom was not working. Pool is very clean. We have enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is too good. But food is expensive

Have strayed at Arpita several times in connection with a business trip - and all time have I received a very good and friendly service.
Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable.
The hotel has both a nice pool, a good restaurant and a separate bar.
Area is ‘country-side’ India with all that means..

It was a great stay there, rooms are clean & u have all the facilities, no disturbance, security was nice, room service was good also. Overall i'm happy that i booked here.

We had opted for king bed and had booked for king bed and they provided us twin bed, it wasn't much hygienic, blanket was also very thin

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, including the pool, the food at restaurant is very tasty at reasonable price. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to beach through a different gate. This is best hotel to stay in this area. I highly recommend it for a quite relaxing holiday.

Staff had no sense of hospitality and service. Deserve big zero on this aspect. On my arrival found reception vacant and then a one staff member said that individual is out for lunch and you have to wait. Than no sign of welcome drink and with due laziness I had to ask for same but irony is got a lemon water for welcome drink which was rare for me. While leaving I called reception to send someone to take my luggage and after a wait of 15 min I carried my luggage myself in three trips. The receptionist after seeing me also did not bother to lend a help. And at last they did not give a proper bill they might want to save on GST. Food was good and Room was OK but overall a terrible experience when you pay a huge amount.
