"Sitting in the middle of densely forested fifty five acres of natural beauty, the first impression of Saccharum is, for a wildlife lover, is “wow.” And then, one by one, the wonderfully hospitable team, led by Wasim and Ratna, treat you to an unforgettable experience. The food is simply outstanding. I asked for a glass of lassi and it was like I’ve not tasted anywhere else. The cottages are spacious with natural light coming in from large windows. Then comes the best part. I was accompanied by Ratna Singh and Wasim, two talented, knowledgeable, and vastly experienced professionals on my Safari drives. Having their inputs on minute details of the flora and fauna made the drives most interesting. I’ve shot some of my best Tiger frames as well as some other shots of Barasinghas, Gaur, Dhol, even playful Langur babies, on these drives. For wildlife safari lovers I highly recommend Saccharum lodge."
