Absolutely excellent stay. Was staying in room number 2 . Room was just refurbished very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfy. Dinner was lovely good choice of food. Breakfast is made to order. Very good quality of food. Generally very good stay definitely will return and will recommend to friends.

We highly recommend this place for a stay in Bala. Parking was easy, our name was written on the parking bay so no confusion there! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bathroom had a big walk in shower and everywhere was spotlessly clean. There was even a small bottle of wine on the drinks tray. Breakfast was great too. So glad we found this place.

A lovely experience from beginning to end! When we arrived, our name was printed on our parking place, so we knew exactly where to park. The room was well appointed and quite nice and the dining was absolutely fabulous. If you want to go for a traditional Sunday roast, this is the place! This is the best lamb I have ever tasted in my life. The dessert was an absolute showstopper.

Solo cycle tourist, not too many places have single room availability and allow one nights stay too. Excellent secure undercover bike storage. Fantastic evening meal and some great draught beers too. Immaculate room and decor. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bala is ideally situated for mid Wales or southern Eryri. Very central town location, it is also a fantastic pub serving excellent food, loads of other shops and bars in town too.

Friendly service. Well appointed room. Clean and overall a fantastic experience. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. I had the lamb for Sunday roast and it was the best lamb and Yorkshire pudding I have ever tasted in my life. The roasted potatoes were also good. The resistance was the cherry with liquid nitrogen for dessert. That is not to be missed.

Great location, nice rooms, and lovely food. What a great hotel, friendly staff ,the rooms are lovely, spacious and beds very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend this hotel and will always happily return.

What a great hotel . Staff are amazing helpful and efficient. The rooms are great and beds extremely comfortable. Well, the food is outstanding and delicious . We enjoyed our two night stay here and would definitely come back. Would recommend this hotel to stay in.

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We stayed with our little dog in the hotel for one night as we wanted to visit the lake. The hotel room was modern, clean and super comfy with a lovely touch of complimentary wine. The breakfast was delicious and included in the room price, I had grilled kippers with poached egg and my partner had their full English, both were excellent. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and lovely. This is the best value for money place you could look for in the area! We will be coming back here.

Stayed with friends and really had the best weekend. When you drive into the car park you’ll find a space ready and waiting with your name on, and this is an early sign that everything has been thought of with the guest’s total satisfaction in mind. It’s a fab little hotel with really clean and comfy rooms, cosy bar areas and the food is top notch. But it’s the team that runs the place that really makes it unbeatable. Everyone was super-friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Special mention to Cai and Lee for going out of their way to make our stay so special, thanks guys. I’m sure we’ll be back! Highly recommended.
