The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious.
Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row.
Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom.
Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy.
Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came.
Very far from the ritz experience.

The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

GGuest UserAmazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers
Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel

The downside of the hotel :
- very difficult to get understood at the breakfast, and missing very basic things like vegetal milks which is very surprising for a 5 stars hotel
- at the pool we ask for umbrella and they didn’t have.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. Thanks so much to the ibis Baku Team.

GGuest UserСам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.

Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.

AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
