Special requests were not fulfilled, we asked for rooms on the 1st floor, but were given different ones. A few days later we were moved from the 5th floor. During peeling, moles were torn off until they were sore. They do not understand Russian and English. I do not recommend

I read good reviews on several sites and booked this hotel for 2 days. The price turned out to be quite tempting, so the choice fell on him. I was attracted by the location, breakfast and spa. I placed the order not directly, but through a popular platform; I made a special request that I needed 2 rooms located on at least one floor, and also, if possible, on a high floor. Special requests were not fulfilled; one room was on the 3rd floor, the other on the 5th floor. The view from the window is disgusting, it's better not to look at it. It is difficult to come to an agreement with the staff, because unfortunately they do not speak either Russian or English. There is a sense of unprofessionalism, lack of composure and negligence. There are a lot of staff, but it doesn't do any good. What is missing is the firm hand of the general manager. In a 4-star room, the bathroom set includes: 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel. The robe and tea cup are missing. Terrible sound insulation, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, the children kept you from sleeping until 2 am. Breakfast: small selection, but you can choose. Coffee 8 manat. Spa: again problems with mutual understanding, I agreed to record via WhatsApp, I think it is unethical to record voice messages to your clients. The staff does not know the prices for services, what is included and what is not. First they said you pay for the massage, peeling and entrance, then that you don’t have to pay for entrance. I couldn’t explain what I needed because they didn’t understand me, I explained the same thing to several people, but it was all useless. The massage was not worth the money, it was the first time I saw someone getting a massage and talking on the phone. The spa is small, the water in the pool is cold. Отель нам понравился. До главных достопримечательностей 30 мин спокойным шагом. Был организован трансфер из аэропорта. Удобный просторный номер. Уборка ежедневная. Утюг по требованию. Вкусные завтраки, разнообразия нет, но голодными не останетесь. По просьбе принесли дополнительно посуду. В хамам и бассейн ходили два раза. Понравилось. До бронирования этого отеля нам отказывали в двух, предлагали тот же номер но дороже (якобы из-за Формулы-1). Этот отель без проблем и быстро подтвердил бронь. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
