The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy.
Although the decoration is a bit old, it does not affect the stay experience.
I arrived at the hotel early and paid a small fee to arrange early check-in. For passengers who have just flown for nearly 9 hours and arrived early in the morning, it is simply great.
The receptionist at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage, which is a plus

Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 16-10-24 al 19-10-24. Hotel un po’ vecchiotto , mantenuto benissimo , camere grandi pulite Colazione abbondante e dal dolce salato . Pranzo e Cena bui o varietà. Di piatti, . Servizio camere reception, bar e ristorazione. Gentilissimi e sempre presenti ( forse pure troppo non ti lasciano mai con il piatto sporco sul tavolo) Pro , dovrebbero cambiare la moquette perché si sente la puzza di vecchio sia nei corridoi che nelle camere .

Hotel is situated in Baku, near by city. Maintained very vell. Special thanks to frent desk Iikin, Amil and concierge Rashid. They were very welcoming and helpful.Looking forward to stay in Hyatt Azarbaijan.We had healthy brealfast as well.

My husband & I had the most fabulous fortnight in this gem of a hotel! Apart from the excellent facilities a special mention of the above & beyond hospitality from the management & staff! Some names that I would like to mention are - Ms Irada, Mr Ilkin & Fateh at the reception who were truly amazing! Mehdi, Nijat & their super team at Mezzo - Samra, Ahmed, Rasim, Sameer & all. Also, Chefs Tabriz, Taleh, all - Many thanks for your courtesy & kindness, food & service were awesome! Davud at the Regency Club was always very helpful & became like our friend! Saida & team of Housekeeping thanks for your efficient service. The World Class gym, pool etc live up to their name & are a class apart! Most highly recommend this Gem of the Hyatt Group

Situated about 10 mins from the old town, hyatt regency is a good hotel. Check in was very slow which was not very helpful as we had a disabled passenger with us ( hotel not disabled friendly) we got to the hotel around 8am and were told the rooms would be ready around 1pm unfortunately they were not ready till 3pm and we were tired and frustrated at this point. Rooms are spacious and big and beds are comfortable, rooms are cleaned every day and 2 bottles of water are provided everyday. Breakfast was not great, same kind of breakfast everyday not worth getting in my opinion. Staff are good at the hotel. Swimming pool and the gym are great on the plus side. I would probably not stay here again
