I liked staying here. Very scenic, unrushed and the staff are friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and quiet. With firm bed and pillows I was able to get a decent sleep. The hotel is next to Cape Point Beach so it was nice to go out and interact with the locals. The hot water wasn't that hot though. All in all I would stay here again if back in The Gambia.

Een geweldige accomodatie. Prima kamers en goede service van alle medewerkers. Eten in het restaurant is divers en lekker. Wel raden we toekomstige gasten aan GEEN gebruik te maken van de all-inclusive formule. De supermarkt om de hoek en restaurants in de omgeving zijn erg goedkoop en tegen de verwachtingen in heel erg lekker. Gemiddeld ben je voor een voor- en hoofdgerecht plus drankjes ongeveer 30/35 euro kwijt, totaal!!! Vergeet de "*****" niet te bezoeken. Hier zitten een paar hele goede restaurants. Daarnaast help je de lokale bevolking die de centen harder nodig heeft dan de grote resorts. Neem voldoende euro's mee want pinautomaten doen het vaker niet dan wel. Een tip: De touroperators Tui en Corendon maken bij aankomst op het vliegveld de toerist bang met horrorverhalen over criminaliteit etc. Dit puur en alleen zodat jij een "veilige" maar dure excursie bij hen boekt. De opdringerige tour-gides buiten het hotel zouden dit beeld kunnen bevestigen. Maar ik kan u vertellen dat als je een beetje op zoek gaat je hele goede betrouwbare lokale gidsen treft. Zo hebben wij Lamin ontmoet (zie foto voor contactgegevens). Hij heeft ons veel geholpen tijdens ons hele verblijf. Daarnaast heeft hij ons Gambia laten zien zoals alleen de locals dat kunnen. De hele tour was veilig, volledig verzorgd met eten en drinken en hier en daar een kleine verrassing. Dit alles uiteraard voor de helft van het geld wat de touroperators vragen. Doe hier echt je voordeel mee... Verder is het een heerlijk strand waar de bedjes en handdoeken voor je verzorgd worden net als bij het zwembad. Iedere avond is er wel een vorm van vermaak. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie. Wij komen zeker terug.

This was an amazingly beautiful experience and so pleased we came. Most of the staff were absolutely amazing. And shout outs to Sellou and Emmanuel for making sure we were always okay and looked after. Id come back again and again and again. The whole team were perfect. (Reception manager/owner was a bit grumpy though) Food was great. Room was great. Grounds are beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend!

Very nice and helpfull staff, clean and big room and lovely breakfast with many choices. Nice accommodation with playground for children. Only unfortunately no animation available in the low season.

The staff are second to none, all were very friendly and helpful. the room with a sea view was perfect. breakfast was always of a high slandered.
However the only aspect that let them down, was the rooms were not free of mosquitos, they should spray the room once the daily cleaning is completed.

Entertainment staff some speak some don’t Entertainment needs to be looked at as when there is nothing on you have a pool table on a small bar Paying customers get treated better than All Inclusive customers Member of staff told us if we want better drinks then we should pay for them Highlights of my holiday was the monkeys coming to the hotel The King (entertainment) makes the customers smile If you want to book trips book with the stall outside the hotel

This hotel is in a very nice, quiet, and safe area, so you can walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and the beach. The internet and aircon/power are reliable, and there is an ATM just outside the hotel entrance. The staff are helpful, rooms are clean and large, and the grounds are very well kept.
