El servicio y atención de los clientes es excepcional , las instalaciones … la tina nunca la pudimos usar , salía agua color café y la cuna que llevaron para mi hijo despintada y desgastada.

I love this resort but now their policy of allowing dogs unleashed on the property and in the pool areas is getting a little much I understand people love their pets at home but the general public doesn’t necessarily see the same thing. If people can’t leave their pets at home they should be on a leash in a 5 star resort not in the pool

Amazing grounds, beach area and such a beautiful setting ! Pool area beautiful, actually a few pool areas and all really nice. It's Four Seasons so totally over priced, but this place is something special. They have bikes you can use and toured around the area as well. Service is great.

The property itself is beautiful. the overall service was off. Prices are astronomical, as high as Vegas and are simply not justified for a vacation in Mexico.

We just had dinner at the Hotel while we were staying at another hotel. The food was really outstanding. Their catch of the day was just so perfectly cooked and I would come back just for that. The service is a bit slow, so do not coming starving.
