We took the Executive Deluxe river view room, on the 16th floor at the Astana Wing. View was fantastic. Room was large, clean and comfy. No bath, just a shower stall which suited us just fine. Buffet breakfast was adequate, tasty, some menu items changed daily. However, what I liked most was the Roti Jala with its curries. You can dine al fresco with a nice view of the river. I will definetly stay here again

First and foremost would like to thank the front office team for arranging such a special moment for us and was so welcoming and nice from start to finish. The room from from the comfort, the amenities, the cleanliness is all great! We really love the bathtub as everything is already prepared. Breakfast was really nice and lovely. The spread was great, the food is delicious, the staff was really nice and attentive. Me and my partner loved both pools our private room pool and also the main pool was great! The amenities are good, and the hotel has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient as well. Breakfast offers a good selection, though the porridge could be improved, as it tends to be a bit cold despite some steam. Additionally, replenishing the condiments could be quicker to ensure they’re available when needed.

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Sabrina greeted my friends and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. We got upgraded from original booking superior to a deuxe room due to high occupancy they said but nevertheless appreciate the gesture! Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants next door(UTC) Loved the newly opened Tabby Bar sunset view. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Sabrina, Mr Faizul, Mr Abang from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

Hilton Kuching is most preferred accodomation for myself as the room is comfortable and relax. It is well listed as well. Service staff are friendly and swift. From check in to check out, the process is swift. Very central location , convenient to go round.
