Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere.

L’hôtel est super bien placé dans Luchon. On est à deux pas de tous les restaurants et en face du cinéma. Le personnel est chaleureux et toujours prêt à répondre à une question. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et toujours approvisionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel en decadencia, piscina en mal estado, habitaciones sin mantenimiento y poco limpio. Muy caro por como está el hotel. desanyuno muy pobre, poca variedad y el precio 11€. No recomiendo este hotel, no se dejen llevar por las fotografias q aparecen en internet

Idéalement situé en plein centre du bourg, cet hôtel tout confort propose aussi un vaste parking souterrain pour les motos (et autos). Très bonne literie, personnel sympa, excellent petit déjeuner. Climatisation efficace. Je recommande !

Super séjour avec un accueil bien au-dessus des 3 * ! Une chambre spacieuse, bien décorée, du bois clair et une grande hauteur sous plafond. La douche est efficace et tout est très propre ! A noter également un bon emplacement en ville avec un parking très accessible et spacieux. Le petit-déjeuner généreux, de qualité et très varié permet de bien commencer la journée. Tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour avec au top l'accueil et l'attention prodigués pour le bien-être des clients. De bons conseils sur la ville et une disponibilité exemplaire. A recommander sans réserves !

Réservé pour une nuit étape. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux. À notre arrivée, un lit double, au coucher : deux lits simples relié par le drap.... Dommage mais c'etait en effet marqué : "lit double ou deux lits simples." Chambre très bruyante. Les bruits du couloir sont amplifiés. Les chambres doivent être rendues à 11h, le ménage dans les chambres commence à 8h30-9h. Assez pénible au vu de la finesse des cloisons. L'accueil reste quand même chaleureux et le personnel est sympathique. Le prix est très accessible. Pour une étape, nous recommandons ce lieu en tenant compte des commentaires au dessus.
