Room was clean and the staff was very kind. We have tried breakfast in buffet and that was awesome. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel room is very congested. The bathroom and bedroom sizes are small, and the hall sizes are big. There are no elements for hanging towels and clothes in the room and bathroom. No proper mirror or side table. The balcony was there but so many mosquitoes. Food was average. Charges are high for any particular food. The coffee charges were too much as per quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and the food was of high quality. Service was consistently prompt and efficient. Absolutely loved our stay there.

Stay at santiago beach resort was pleasant. Staff was co-operative and polite in treatment. Enjoyed pool a lot with my 4 year daughter. Overall nice stay.

Property was very old and it's very tough to find as it was in a small lane. Rooms were not upto the mark as shown in the phones, food was just okay.

towels not clean, shower not working properly. light in out at list 10 to 12 times in night. charging high rates but quality of service is very low. door Bell is not working. break fast also not quality

Excellent stay in resort santiago. We stayed in this resort in may 2024. Nice swimming pool. Clean and specious rooms. Restaurant is awesome. Plenty of options in buffet breakfast. They served nice food. Hotel staff is helping nature.

The property didn’t look like the images shown, it was dirty and smelly. The Ac wasn’t working properly , we had to shift rooms.
