Breakfast could be more better not up to mark

Very poor service the hotel is not maintained properly the rooms are not good staff is good the hotel should renovate

Hi i visited hotel for 2 days but i didn't like breakfast and the services they are giving for booking taxis & scooty that is very poor. The person who provide scooty they all are liars because they will not give proper information and they are thief as well so please be careful when you are booking with them. Hotel will also not help you for the same.

It was a good experience. Stay was good. Rooms were clean. Food was also good. Breakfast had lots of varieties.

We stayed in this property from 15th Aug-17th Aug. This property does not even deserve 1 star. We booked it through Makemytrip. Listing the problems. We stayed in the luxury room 1. In one room ac was not working for the 2 nights. When we checked in we informed the issue and in the night 12 am they asked us ti change to other room. In the new room also ac was not working. When we mentioned the same to the reception, they argued ac is functioning. Ac was running continuously for 2 nights but the gas was finished and thats why it was not cooling at all. The manager did not even pay heed to our issue and after 2 night stay they changed the gas on the third night. If you are charging us for luxury room then ac is the basic facility that should be provided. 2. On the 16th Aug, during breakfast there was shortage of food and people will literally taking puri from waiters serving plate. Really horrible experience. 3. Cupboard was broken in one room 4. balcony was very dirty 5. Interior work was going on in the night and the entire corridor was dirty. Attached all photos and video as proofs When we checked out and mentioned all the issues to makemytrip the hotel people denied all the issues despite providing all the proofs. I recently stayed at la sunila suites, unfortunately my experience was worst, i had high hopes based on the images but the reality was a major letdown. Sales person: we wanted to go on dinner cruise, contacted the person at reception, he has given contact of mr. Priyanshu, i asked him to book the dinner cruise on private vehicle but he denied and arranged for bus and charged 1200 per person, he charged for my 2 years kid also, later driver came no one was there at bus, we have to board the bus alone at night and later only male passenger came, then for our safety we de boarded the bus and called the guy priyanshu and narrated all what happened, he told you are living in 90’s and i asked for refund not for us but for my kid for whom he charged wrongly, immediately he started slang do whatever you want. it was pathetic experience,. Room condition: the room i was given was looking very old. The sofa looked old and while seating it was coming on the floor, and the bathroom was far from clean. I even found hair in the shower, which was utterly disgusting. The sheets also appeared to be unwashed, and there was a musty smell throughout the room. Service: the breakfast provided was like cheap restaurant and there was very less option to eat. Amenities: the advertised amenities were misleading. The wi-fi was extremely slow and often disconnected, making it impossible to get any work done. The fitness center was small and had outdated equipment, and the pool was closed for maintenance without prior notice, which was a major inconvenience. Value for money: for the price i paid, i expected a much higher standard. Instead, i felt like i was staying in a budget motel rather than a reputable hotel. The overall experience was not worth the cost, and i regret choosing this hotel for my stay. In conclusion, i would not recommend la sunila suites to anyone. My stay was riddled with issues, and the lack of customer service only made it worse. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements, but i will certainly not be returning.

Worst resort. There is nothing as shown in pics The resort is actually a house and they vacate them when any rooms or suits are booked. We got sick while staying in suites because of the dirty rooms and no one at receptionist to respond to our queries. They asked us to pay more to clean the rooms.

It was a fantastic stay the hotel had a special folk night during our stay we enjoyed thoroughly the pool was clean and the staff worked with the best efficiency

Location is good, even the food taste was good,
