Super friendly staff. Really great team. Clean and well appointed hotel. Our bathroom was spotless. Fantastic shower. Great beds / bedding. Good food! We had some lovely local wines too. Breakfast was varied and delightful. A very good hotel!

Camera bella, ampia e pulita, con splendida vista su La Crusc. Personale efficiente e attento alle esigenze della bambina. Strudel con gelato delizioso. Nell’unico giorno di pioggia ci siamo divertiti e rilassati in piscina. Bellissima Val Badia!

Hotel molto valido. Personale super disponibile e cordiale, dal proprietario a tutto quello di sala. Cibo davvero ottimo. Piscina con giusta temperatura. Vista incantevole sul Sasso della croce. La struttura organizza escursioni giornaliere di cui lascia il dettaglio a cena. Ci ritorneremo.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso l'hotel Serena a metà marzo per una vacanza sugli sci. Staff molto professionale e gentile, ottima cucina e servizi, specie la piscina coperta molto grande e il centro benessere. Vivamente consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza di sport e relax tra le cime dell'Alta Badia!

Luci e ombre: accoglienza alla reception fredda, al limite della scontrosita', migliorata quando e' presente una giovane ragazza che, viceversa e' molto gentile e disponibile. Al bar stessa situazione: il barista poco comunicativo e quasi svogliato, meglio quando c'e' la barista Filomena. In sala da pranzo Claudia e Speranza sono fantastiche: gentili, professionali, simpatiche, sempre pronte a soddisfare ogni desiderio del cliente. Discutibile la scelta di far pagare accappatoio e ciabatte per la SPA, solitamente inclusi nel prezzo della camera.

Abbiamo fatto io e mia moglie ( momentaneamente disabile) una bella settimana bianca con amici. Hotel carino e pulito. Si mangia molto bene ed il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Vi sono diverse camere, quelle un po' meno costose, sono piccoline. Il wellness è ottimo. L'unico neo è che se si vuole fare un giro a piedi l'hotel rimane in alto per cui c'è da fare una strada, che arrampicata non male.

La camera era di giuste dimensioni ma fredda. La signora della reception ha campato per l'aria una scusa che di solito gli ospiti spengono il riscaldamento per il troppo caldo. Pur accendendo tutto subito ho dormito con la calzamaglia da sci e il cappellino di lana. Impossibile rimanere nella stube. Anche il telecomando della tv era gelato.

Sono stata benissimo! Questo posto mi ha ritemprato. Accogliente, bellissima vista e posizione della struttura circondata dalle montagne e dai verdissimi prati. Cibo buonissimo e ben curato, personale sempre disponibile e accogliente. Sono stata in struttura con il mio labrador e siamo state molto bene! Bellissime poi le escursioni organizzate dal sig Karl! Tornerò sicuramente!

Good location although service was lacking. Most of the staff seem to be overwhelmed whether at meal time or at reception perhaps due to labor shortage, or end of season fatigue. Room itself was small but comfortable with good housekeeping. The bookkeeping and check out process at the front desk was very cumbersome. Dining servers were trying their best, but lack of communication and coordination amongst them resulted in fairly poor service.
