We stayed 2 nights at the Merkur Hotel. It's small and in a good location. Very near to the bus stops to the main station. It's walking distance to the ******, spa and all the shops. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. The breakfast was very good and excellent hot tea. We had a great stay.

This hotel was in great location, only a 2 minute walk from bus #201 and not far from Lichtenberger Allee. Pascal and the others at reception were welcoming and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. There were many options at the breakfast buffet. Our room was large and very clean and we liked the Nespresso machine and mini-fridge.

Im vierten Hotel innerhalb einer Woche, endlich eine gefüllte Minibar. Und das sagt viel aus, über den Eindruck und die Erfahrung, die ich im Hotel Merkur gemacht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Servicegedanke im Hotel Merkur übertrifft die anderen Hotels, die alle mind. eine Kategorie höher waren, bei weitem. Nicht nur deswegen habe ich mich im Hotel Merkur auch am wohlsten gefühlt und werde es in bester Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank auf diesem Wege an das Team des Hotel Merkur – Ihr seid klasse!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Bereits die Buchung verlief unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben ein tolles Zimmer gehabt. Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage direkt im Zentrum; viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Hotel-Team. Wir wurden selten so herzlich empfangen und betreut. Unser Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet deutlich mehr, als man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Für unser E-Auto gab es eine Ladesäule. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes und empfehlenswertes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Baden-Baden.

Sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Baden-Baden. Wir haben uns vom Empfang an gleich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, unser Zimmer war modern und absolut sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet hat gutes 4-Sterne-Niveau. Wir haben die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und mit einem Lächeln servierten Kaffeespezialitäten sehr genossen. Das Hotel Merkur war eine sehr gute Wahl für eine Erkundung Baden-Badens und eine eindeutige Empfehlung.

We had the room with two bedrooms and lounge which was perfect for our family of 4. Location was excellent , just a very short walk to the main part of town and the beautiful park. Car park is available (you need to leave the car key). We recommend for families, couples and also for a business trip.

Four people on three motorbikes and Carmen came out to greet us and directed us to private secluded parking. Great location close to the clean and safe centre where there are plenty of bars & restaurants. Comfortable room, tasty breakfast and superb customer service.

4.5* -- we had a really nice stay at this quiet hotel, just minutes from the centre and from Lichentaler Allee. Included in the price is a very good breakfast. The bus stop to and from the Bahnhof is just at the bottom of the street (which is important to know given the Bahnhof is a long way out of town). Really lovely staff and facilities and nice touches like fresh apples if you are passing through reception. We had one power-point in our room and it would have been helpful to have another one (two phones to charge - one had to charge in the bathroom). And given this is a lovely hotel, please dust the silk flowers/plants (which are ubiquitous) because several are covered in horrible dust which is a bit of a let down for the overall feel. Would definitely stay again.
