Zimmer teilweise erneuert, Frühstücksbereich gemütlich und neu eingerichtet. Ausreichend großer Hotelparkplatz vorhanden. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand, abseits der Straße.

Nice hotel on comfortable location. Spacious rooms with well equipped bathroom. The restaurant is a welcome addition. We had dinner which was great. Breakfast is good too. Only two things were a reason not to give a five star rating: the host at the reception and during breakfast was not very representative (wearing clothes with texts that could scare clients, wearing slippers (barefoot) and not being very friendly). The owner is very friendly though (great contrast with the guy at the reception🤔) The second thing were the beds..pretty hard mattresses which gave me a bad night rest.

In der Vorweihnachtszeit 2022 hatten wir mit zwei befreundeten Ehepaaren beschlossen, Grünkohl im neu umgebauten Hotel Riesebusch zu essen. Wir waren sehr gespannt, zumal wir das Hotel noch aus alten Zeiten, z. B. goldener Hochzeit meiner Schwiegereltern kannten. Wir trauten unseren Augen nicht, als wir eintraten: alles neu, zwar dunkel, aber gemütlich, passend zur Weihnachtszeit. Der Plüsch des vergangenen Jahrtausends war weg. Der Service und das Essen waren super ! Alles kam schnell, frisch und heiß auf den Tisch. Auch die Getränke waren sehr gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut. Glückwunsch an das Team und weiter so !

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Wald, die Ostsee (Timmendorf, Travemünde) erreicht man in ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Lübeck ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Der Empfangsbereich, Restaurant und Bar sind in einem sehr schönen Lounge Stil gehalten, alles passt sehr gut zueinander. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön und modern gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bett, hier schläft man hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut für einen Freizeitaufenthalt an der Ostsee, man erreicht alles sehr schnell und hat dennoch viel Entspannung am ruhigen Waldrand. Auch für Geschäftsaufenthalte zu empfehlen, da hier alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt: Gute WLAN Verbindung, Schreibtisch im Zimmer, die Autobahn ist ebenfalls schnell erreicht.
