Wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Der 24h Check-In fanden wir persönlich eine super Idee. Leider hat uns das Hotelzimmer nicht überzeugt. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen hat es sehr muffig gerochen, der Abfluss roch nach faulen Eiern und nach dem Händewaschen klebten die Finger. Das Bett ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da das Leder abgerieben war, genauso waren im Bad die Decken wie auch die Tür aufgequollen.

We had booked a three-day stay with a voucher for a standard double room. The booking and check-in went smoothly. In the morning we received an SMS with the PIN code and were able to arrive at the hotel late in the evening. During our stay we visited the Thermarium thermal baths, the Body Worlds Museum in Heidelberg, Heidelberg Castle and went on a shopping trip. The breakfast was plentiful and we were able to park right in front of the hotel. The llamas and alpacas right next to the hotel were also a real eye-catcher 👍 Also worth mentioning is the hotel's homepage with great ideas for excursions. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
