Obwohl wir bereits das Management über die Mängel via Mail informiert hatten, fehlt uns bis heute eine Antwort! 1. Keine Rezeption und Empfang vorhanden, obwohl in allen Reiseforen beschrieben. Erst nach 3 Übernachtungen haben wir erfahren das der Frühstücksraum im laufenden Geschäft die Anlaufstelle für lästige Beschwerden ist ?! 2. Alles muss online angemeldet werden: Frühstückeinnahme, Zimmerreinigung bzw frische Handtücher. Und dieser Unfug täglich?? Das Hotel ist immer noch im Schlafmodus von Corona! 3. Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem (Hotel) übernachtet, in der genannten Zeit war der Haupteingang defekt, Zugang nur durch die Tiefgarage?? 4. In unserem Zimmer war der Parkettboden eine Katastrophe! 5. Das Frühstücksbufett war zwar nett angerichtet aber am Kaffeeautomat gab es eine Riesenschlange da nur einer vorhanden war. 6. Die Frühstücksbrötchen waren in der ganzen Zeit nur Knochenhart, obwohl ein guter Bäcker nur 50 Meter entfernt ist? Dieses 4 Sternehotel hat das Niveau einer Jugendherberge!!!
