The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool was told not to swim, and the children were asked to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it is impossible to swim at all. The original words of the pool management staff are that this pool is used for soaking and relaxing. But this is a standard swimming pool, you can only soak in the water and not move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it. It says that swimming is not allowed in the swimming pool. I don't understand! Unglaublich toller Aufenthalt, ein Rundumservice, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, vom Zimmerservice bis zum Concierge, man fühlt sich wohl und ernst genommen. Besuch im Restaurant Igniv unvergleichbar sympathisch und lecker.

Wenn ich Sterne verteilen könnte von 1 bis 5 : ich gebe 6 Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll, elegant und jedes Detail übertrifft die höchsten Ansprüche. Das Personal: erfahren, geschult und Service-orientiert wie man es nicht häufig trifft. Das Interieur: Hohe Klasse. Das gilt auch für das Zimmer, das Bad und das Bett. Es gilt auch für Spa und Gym. Und hohe Klasse gilt für die Bars und verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir wollen uns die Erholung hier 3-4 mal gönnen pro Jahr!

Schönes Resort, gute Zimmer und Bett. Aussenpool leider sehr klein für die Grösse des Hotels und am Nachmittag war da eine Kinderparty die es unmöglich gemacht hat, die Zeit am Pool zu geniessen. Essen im Verve war sehr gut. Massage war auch top. Leider kein Frauen-Spa Bereich und Helena Bad leider im Moment geschlossen.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Restaurant Olive. Die ganze Karte wurde auf neumodisch umkonzipiert und bewährte Menue wie z,B,Leberli wurde gestrichen oder der Caprese nicht mit Tomatenscheiben und keine Scheiben von Mozarello di Buffola.

Blinde Kellner - meiden jeden Blick zu den Gästen. - Arbeit könnte drohen. 1. Nach gut 5 Minuten warten. behöndigten wir die in der Nähe liegenden Menu imd Weinkarte selbst- 2.Die bestellten *Calamari fritti“i kamen ohne Zitronenschnitz - Kellner verschwand sofort wieder und war nicht mehr erreichbar. 3. bei der Bestellung des Kalbskotellet fragte die Kellnerin wie ich es gerne haben möchte: *rare, medium, etc .. !! 4… als das Kalbskotelette dann endlich kam, war es zäh und kaum essbar. Der Kellner fragte (um 21.15 Uhr) ob er es nochmals in die Küche geben sollte!. 5. am Nachbartisch reklamierte eine Dame hörbar, dass das Gericht versalzen war. Der Kellner nahm dies ohne Kommentar zur Kenntnis, Auf meinen Vorhalt hin, fragte er, was er denn hätte sagen sollen….! 6. Unsere Weinflasche stellte der Kellner unerreichbar an den Rand des grossen Tisches. Nachgeschenkt wurde nicht, so dass wir die Flasche selbst behändigen mussten! Kleinigkeiten ja, aber alles in allem bestenfalls höchst mittelmässig und den Ansprüchen des Hauses keinesfalls gerecht!

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir in diesem Hotel wieder einen 9-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Wir hatten mehrere Monate im voraus reserviert und konnten uns so unser Lieblingszimmer 337, welches durch eine absolut ruhige Lage besticht, sichern. Dieses Zimmer liegt im ehemaligen Teil des Hof Ragaz und da war wohl eine größere Renovierung der Zimmer vonstatten gegangen. Viele Kräfte vom Service Personal aus den vergangenen Jahren haben uns wieder begrüßt und so fühlten wir uns sofort daheim. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals vom Concièrge bis zur Rezeptionistin ist einfach umwerfend. Der Check-In verlief freundlich, reibungslos und absolut zielführend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut nicht mehr zu toppen. Speziell die Käsetheke hat uns natürlich als großer Liebhaber der schweizerischen Käsesorten sehr angelockt und zu reichlich Sünden in Bezug auf unseren Kalorienbedarf verführt. Sonderwünsche im Hotel, wie spezielle Bettdecken, etc wurden sehr schnell erfüllt. Fazit: Wir waren nach den Tagen sehr erholt und extrem zufrieden und kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Einen Aufenthalt hier in diesem Haus kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Man wird in keinster Weise enttäuscht sein. bdzons
