We were guests at the 60th birthday of my husband. The hotel is idyllic and the free parking and the very good Wi-Fi reception have been very pleasant. The reception was friendly and polite and after a brief request we also received another room. It was very large and clean and we felt as well. The staff*who were very premature, helpful and polite. We have been allowed to stay 6 nights and enjoy 3 dinners. The selection was extensive, especially delicious and so tasty. It was a great pleasure and our special thanks applies here to the entire kitchen team. It was always a great pleasure and the ice bomb was a granate! Also the breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, because the selection of bread/broad, cut, fruit, musli, cold and hot food was extensive and very tasty. The hotel is a hotel that has been very close to the facilities and details. It has also been selected to take account of the small things such as the extensive information for guests. However, there were 2 small wrmut drops, because the lighting in the room was particularly inadequate at the table and the selection at the TV reception was unfortunately very limited, because there were only a few TV programmes - almost only the regional broadcasts. Our special thanks is to the management who made us unforgettable the last day stay and have responded professionally to suggestions. Thank you We will come back and look forward to it.

The facility was very clean and beautifully furnished. However, according to pictures, we had booked another room. The current room was not worth the price of almost 160 euros.
We had problems with heating or air conditioning.
Unfortunately, the radio in the bathroom has not worked too.
The breakfast was very amazing. A lot of choice and I think for everyone there.
The parking is not included in the price (10€ per night) and parking facilities are available outside with about 5 walk minutes.
I think this hotel is only good for business travel.
Otherwise the bed is very comfortable and the place in the
Room is sufficient.
Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator available in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located over several old buildings and is full of character and charm. The room was very clean and renovated to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased to have a tea and coffee station in the room. Breakfast was amazing with lots of good quality food to choose from and the breakfast room was a modern glass building that had been cleverly integrated into the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle in a residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the market square. We didn't expect that and at first thought the address was wrong. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised that there is a sufficiently large parking lot at the hotel. The welcome was warm, everything was prepared. The next surprise was that the spa area was open. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a surprisingly large pool. It's not an Olympic pool, of course, but it's pleasantly large and nicely done for a hotel. The room wasn't very large, but was perfectly adequate for our purposes. Due to the location of the hotel away from tourism, the night was pleasantly quiet. Even the construction work we feared could not be heard. Apparently some rooms are being renovated. Only a barking dog in one of the rooms was not so great. As a tourist you don't necessarily have to get up at 6:00 in the morning. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but perfectly adequate. Everything seemed fresh and tasted good. The staff constantly made sure that everything was still available at the buffet at 9:00 a.m. Check-out went smoothly, everything was prepared again. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

The small hotel has surprised us pleasantly. We had the smallest room (tornfalke). Very clean! There was a water cooker available, tea and two bottles of water were ready. Breakfast was very opulent. The staff is very friendly and welcome. The only small swelling was a bed that was quite noisy. We would always like to book here, because the price-performance ratio has certainly fit.

Excellent hotel ideally located on the central market square, of which we had great views from our spacious junior suite (it can be a bit noisy when they are setting things up outside early morning). Breakfasts are fabulous, with a particularly good selection of mueslis and cheeses, and a large slab of creamy butter tabled each morning. Coffee arrives instantly at your table, and service is speedy and efficient. We dined twice in the hotel's restaurant in the evening, and found it to be high quality, with interesting local produce (pott-suss was really tasty) and, slightly surprisingly, very good German red wine. Barman Andy was one of the best we've encountered - fast, lively and friendly, with a good menory for previous choices, and the ability to produce great cocktails, whether on the menu or not. Most of the staff spoke good English, which took the stress away from relying on my schoolboy German. Only criticism is that we'd have appreciated a bit of help getting our luggage to our room , as it was a long way from reception and involved corridor steps (though there is a lift fortunately). Wernigerode is a good base for the Harz region: we managed to ascend der Brocken (one of us actually walking!), rode the Brockenbahn and the Bimmelbahn, and took a trouble-free bus ride to Quedlinburg, a World Heritage site which is well worth a visit.

The sauna costs €6.50 for the hot energy. It would be OK if it were with the booking and the infrared cabin would work.
Eating breakfast is not special.
Well, a bread had been taken right away from the previous day.
The breakfast service is friendly, but runs unplanned through the area. You run empty on tables over which would be clean,make your tables clean or cover a rather than fill up food and drink. You stood in front of half-leaning buffet, even water bottles were not exchanged.
The room was simplely furnished and the bed was comfortable.
If you wanted to have a made bed and waste pack, you had to give a card at the reception.
Only then was room service performance.
The room was clean in itself,but covers and floor corners appear to know the puzzle woman not because there have been spine tissues. After my request to remove them,they had removed.
