Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Fußgängerzone und dem Kurpark. Unser Balkonzimmer mit Blick in den Park war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind auch bequem. Das Bad ist relativ klein, hat aber genügend Ablagefläche. In der Dusche ist es ein wenig beengt. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist kostenlos. Das Flüsschen ”Radau” fließt direkt am Haus vorbei und macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Wer gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster schläft ... Das super vielfältige Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

The hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle in a residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the market square. We didn't expect that and at first thought the address was wrong. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised that there is a sufficiently large parking lot at the hotel. The welcome was warm, everything was prepared. The next surprise was that the spa area was open. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a surprisingly large pool. It's not an Olympic pool, of course, but it's pleasantly large and nicely done for a hotel. The room wasn't very large, but was perfectly adequate for our purposes. Due to the location of the hotel away from tourism, the night was pleasantly quiet. Even the construction work we feared could not be heard. Apparently some rooms are being renovated. Only a barking dog in one of the rooms was not so great. As a tourist you don't necessarily have to get up at 6:00 in the morning. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but perfectly adequate. Everything seemed fresh and tasted good. The staff constantly made sure that everything was still available at the buffet at 9:00 a.m. Check-out went smoothly, everything was prepared again. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

The facility was very clean and beautifully furnished. However, according to pictures, we had booked another room. The current room was not worth the price of almost 160 euros.
We had problems with heating or air conditioning.
Unfortunately, the radio in the bathroom has not worked too.
The breakfast was very amazing. A lot of choice and I think for everyone there.
The parking is not included in the price (10€ per night) and parking facilities are available outside with about 5 walk minutes.
I think this hotel is only good for business travel.
Otherwise the bed is very comfortable and the place in the
Room is sufficient.
Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator available in the room.

We were guests at the 60th birthday of my husband. The hotel is idyllic and the free parking and the very good Wi-Fi reception have been very pleasant. The reception was friendly and polite and after a brief request we also received another room. It was very large and clean and we felt as well. The staff*who were very premature, helpful and polite. We have been allowed to stay 6 nights and enjoy 3 dinners. The selection was extensive, especially delicious and so tasty. It was a great pleasure and our special thanks applies here to the entire kitchen team. It was always a great pleasure and the ice bomb was a granate! Also the breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, because the selection of bread/broad, cut, fruit, musli, cold and hot food was extensive and very tasty. The hotel is a hotel that has been very close to the facilities and details. It has also been selected to take account of the small things such as the extensive information for guests. However, there were 2 small wrmut drops, because the lighting in the room was particularly inadequate at the table and the selection at the TV reception was unfortunately very limited, because there were only a few TV programmes - almost only the regional broadcasts. Our special thanks is to the management who made us unforgettable the last day stay and have responded professionally to suggestions. Thank you We will come back and look forward to it.

Our stay at the Regiohotel am Brocken was super! We arrived at the hotel on the evening, where we were also expected at the reception and were warmly welcomed. In the room there was nothing to defect, breakfast was also good. Only the parking situation around the hotel was a little nervous because there are no registered parking areas and some other hotel guests think that then you can park so generously that other guests can then get (may) place problems. But: Have all worked well at last :-) We're happy to come back and have felt good and safely lifted up there.

The small hotel has surprised us pleasantly. We had the smallest room (tornfalke). Very clean! There was a water cooker available, tea and two bottles of water were ready. Breakfast was very opulent. The staff is very friendly and welcome. The only small swelling was a bed that was quite noisy. We would always like to book here, because the price-performance ratio has certainly fit.

The sauna costs €6.50 for the hot energy. It would be OK if it were with the booking and the infrared cabin would work.
Eating breakfast is not special.
Well, a bread had been taken right away from the previous day.
The breakfast service is friendly, but runs unplanned through the area. You run empty on tables over which would be clean,make your tables clean or cover a rather than fill up food and drink. You stood in front of half-leaning buffet, even water bottles were not exchanged.
The room was simplely furnished and the bed was comfortable.
If you wanted to have a made bed and waste pack, you had to give a card at the reception.
Only then was room service performance.
The room was clean in itself,but covers and floor corners appear to know the puzzle woman not because there have been spine tissues. After my request to remove them,they had removed.

In the Mustang Event in Hasselfelde we have been hanging another day in the beautiful Wernegerode. The hotel in the style of an old villa has very highly spoken and positively surprised us. The whole atmosphere is reignful and very stylish. The room is sufficiently large, very clean and the bathroom with shower is also very comfortable. Personal very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi also works. The spa use is also offered in the partner hotel is also very welcome and is surely well used in a multi-day stay. Footway to the center is also not too far. Parking is sufficient. The breakfast was very good and it was always made so that you could have breakfast in peace until the end. Finally there was also again filter coffee and not the espresso brushes from the machines. That is very welcome. We liked it very well and we can only recommend the hotel and come back safely.
