Gandersheimer Boardinghouse

Das Zimmer mit Balkon war praktisch eingerichtet und bot genügend Platz. Es gab Parkplätze und ein Restaurant um Abends noch etwas zu essen. Da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, waren wir nicht auf der Liste, was kurzzeitig für Verwirrung gesorgt hatte beim Personal, wir haben unser Zimmer aber schlussendlich erhalten und waren damit soweit zufrieden. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da die Dusche nicht nicht war und das ganze Bad geflutet hat, was aber kein Grund wäre, nicht nochmals zu kommen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden Sie gerne weiter empfehlen

Zimmer mit Küche ist nett wenn man 4 Tage bleibt. So die Idee. Nur ohne Töpfe und Geschirr echt blöd. Kostet extra um die 35 €. Das Zimmer war sauber. In den 4 Tagen war auch der Zimmerservice da. Man sah es am gemachten Bett. Der Ring von der Teetasse auf dem Nachttisch blieb auch 4 Tage wie die 2 Fäden auf dem Boden sich nicht bewegten. Der Preis ist in einer Gegend die eher nicht von Besuchern wimmelt und einem Ort der nicht kulinarische Erwartungen erfüllt doch eher an der oberen Grenze. Das liegt sicher an dem Mangel an alternativen.

Sehr schön werden wir wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolles großes Zimmer , sehr sauber, Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken , bequemes Boxspringbett. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben 2 DZ gebucht und sind sehr Zufrieden. Das Essen im Restaurant Quartier war sehr lecker.

Die Zimmer sehr schön, bis auf ein altes Pflaster unterm Waschbecken und eine kleine Wollmaus unterm Tisch.( Wohl beim zusammenfegen vergessen). Sehr ruhig. Balkon sehr sehr schön. Essen Abends war suppiiii.... Alles im allem ist das Boardinghouse sehr zu empfehlen...

We arrived an hour before the normal check-in time and found the reception unoccupied. In the adjoining restaurant "Quartier" we received friendly information about when someone would be there. Since the hotel has an idyllic walking path into the town between the park and the clinic, we were able to look around there in the meantime. Back at 3 p.m., check-in was very friendly and quick. Since our rooms were on the 4th floor, we went up in the large, modern and talking elevator :o). We had two rooms next to each other - one with a balcony, one without; otherwise completely identical. The rooms seemed newly furnished. Everything was super new and spotlessly clean and very nice! Like something out of a hygge living catalog. A complete kitchenette with dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator and dishes, plus a small seating area and a small table with two chairs. The bed was very comfortable - mattresses not saggy in any way; pillows and blankets good. There was also enough space next to the beds. There was also a wardrobe/closet with enough storage space. The suitcase also fit and was not in the way. We were surprised by the size of the balcony... really big! In addition to 2 chairs and a table, there was a sun lounger and a footstool. The only drawback: no sun protection and/or privacy protection... we could have used that; we couldn't bear it that way that day. In addition, you sit next to each other within sight and hearing distance and the cigarette smoke - if someone smokes - drifts into the room if you're unlucky. Breakfast is served in the "Quartier" restaurant. There's nothing left to be desired. Everything is well presented... various sausages and cheeses, salmon, tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh basil, various salads. We've seen much less on offer. The very cheerful and infectiously good-humored staff are worth mentioning.
