Alles in Ordnung
Unser Zimmer war geräumig, funktional, aber nicht sehr stylisch. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradkeller stellen. Parken kann man vor dem Hotel oder in den umliegenden Straßen (teilweise gebührenpflichtig).
Der Wellnessbereich ist nett gemacht mit 2 Saunen und einer Infrarotkabine. Der Pool ist doch sehr klein geraten (nach zwei Schwimmzügen muss man wenden) und das Wasser zum entspannen ein wenig zu kalt.
Im Zimmer sind Bademantel, Schlappen und Handtücher mit einem praktischen Beutel hinterlegt, was wir super fanden. Personal beim check-in und -out war sehr nett.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast Buffet. Every request such as gluten free bread or almond milk was no issue for the reastaurant, fantastic! The rooms need a Renovation especially considering the price. The next door rooms were quite loudly to hear, the furniture is old.

Checkin & Zimmerupgrade waren super und einfach. Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen!

Empfehlenswertes Oberklassehotel
Positiv ist die Lage nahe der Innenstadt, die Größe des Zimmers und des Bads. Es gibt drei Saunen und einen Pool. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr reichhaltige und gute Frühstücksbuffett

Wir waren gestern Abend 3.mal zum Candle Light Dinner (2 Ehepaare) im Kurparkhotel . Leider können wir nur 3 Sterne vergeben. Ambiente -wir sassen mitten im Lokal, neben uns ein Tisch mit 15 Damen dementsprechen die Geräusckulisse. Menükarten mit 4 Gängen keine Auswahl zwischen 2 Menüs. Kellner war zwar freundlich,aber kam nicht zum nachfragen ob etwas fehlt. Wir kennen das Dinner besser. Die Möglichkeit die Tische für das Candle Light Dinner zu separieren wäre in dem Lokal gegeben.Wir werden leider nicht wiederkommen.Der Besuch der Spielbank war auch nicht besser.Keine Atmosphäre Turnschuhe,Jeans,Daunenjacken und Rucksäcke ,leider ist das für uns nicht Wertnochmal wiederzukommen.Schade

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, der Service war wirklich hervorragend, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, das Frühstück umfangreich und gut.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
