Zusammengefasst: Verrauchtes, schmutziges Uraltzimmer. Falsche Pauschale. Kein Kaffee oder Kuchen unter der Woche. Kein Masseur im Haus... Wow... Wir bekamen ein verrauchtes Zimmer. Als wir das beanstandet haben erhielten wir ein Raumspray und die Aussage "da kann sie jetzt nichts machen, weil alles voll ist und schönen Abend noch". Das Klo hatte braune Flecken und der Teppich war voller schwarzer Haare. brrr... wiederlich.... Die Putzfrau hat es leider erst am nächsten Tag, beim dritten Anlauf geschafft das sauber zu bekommen. Echt ekelhaft. Die im Angebot hinterlegte Pauschale hat nicht gestimmt, dafür durften wir uns dann auch noch rechtfertigen, obwohl es so schwarz auf weiß in unserer Buchung stand. Vielleicht ist die Technik ja genau so alt wie die Zimmer. Es war einfach von Anfang bis Ende ein einziges Trauerspiel. Was am schlimmsten ist, ich habe den Aufenthalt meinem Mann zum 1. Hochzeitstag geschenkt. Leider war es das einzige Hotel mit Kapazität für diesen Zeitraum.. jetzt weiß ich auch warum. Die Zimmer sind absolut veraltet und das nicht auf die rustikal elegante Art und Weise. Es war leider auch keiner der Mitarbeiter daran interessiert uns den Aufenthalt noch schmackhaft zu machen. Ich kann kaum in Worte fassen was für eine Enttäuschung dieses Hotel für uns war. Aber beim Preis haben sie uns dann natürlich fleißig zahlen lassen. Da wären wir in einer Jugendherberge mit mehr Stil untergekommen, als in diesem unorganisierten, schmutzigen und veralteten "***Hotel". Keine Ahnung wie man 3 Sterne bei so einem Saftladen haben kann. Witzigerweiße schicken sie uns trotzdem dauernd Werbung zu. Die dient gut zum einheizen für den Ofen. Wenn ihr so gewissenhaft darin wärt eure Probleme vor Ort zu lösen wie daran genervte Gäste mit eurer Werbung zu zumüllen dann würde sich eine Renovierung vielleicht auch noch bei euch lohnen
