"I booked this hotel but made a mistake with the dates and immediately tried to cancel. I called four times and sent two emails, all within a short time after booking. On my first call, I was told they would forward my request to reception. On my second call, I asked to speak directly to reception – the response was: "We're not allowed to do that." On my third and fourth attempts, no one answered the phone. The next morning, I tried again – this time from a different number, as I suspected my call with caller ID wasn't being accepted. When I was supposed to be connected, the call was simply disconnected – followed by a busy signal. On my next call, yet another person answered, telling me to "just be patient." I calmly explained that I had already been patient for over 24 hours but urgently needed a decision – so that, for example, a family member could take over the room. But without a response, that's impossible. Then I received an email informing me that a cancellation as a gesture of goodwill was not possible because I had "responded too late"—even though my initial message was sent immediately after booking! The hotel's behavior was not only disappointing but disrespectful: • No attempt to reach them • No genuine effort • No customer service • And in the end, I was charged the full price without any attempt at compensation. I have already informed *********** about the incident—and it seems I'm not the first to have had a similar experience. In short: Anyone booking here should be aware that a small mistake can quickly cost you the full price—without any goodwill, without any compassion, without any reliability. To me, this is clearly a rip-off through a lack of transparency and inflexibility. Absolutely not recommended."

"After the change of ownership there is still room for improvement. Ms. Sartika from reception and her colleagues are very friendly. Our room was clean, the wellness area was good, breakfast was good and sufficient but there were not enough staff; the staff who served us on site were very friendly. You can see that everyone is trying hard and I also noticed what the expression "skilled labor shortage" means. My wife wanted to order a glass of Crémant, but the server didn't know what that was - oh well, it can happen. But I think that in time the Fürstenhof will shine again in its former glory like it did under the Häcker family - that would be great! We would definitely come back if there was an offer like the one from Hotel.de."

"I booked three rooms for one night. They were very clean, but the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Far too small and very old. To park our cars, we were sent to the town entrance, which was really annoying, especially since the hotel advertises on-site parking."

"Was made very welcome by our host . the room and shower was clean and fresh , the food we had on two nights was very tasty and the breakfast was also quite varied so something for all of us , all in all was very satisfied my stay. We had a dedicated place to park our motorcycles which although outside was very secluded and the town is a spa town which is very quite at the time we visited so next time we might be able to take advantage of the lovely location"
