I book online a room reservation and pay, and when you arrive to the hotel, they give you different room, you need to pay more so they can put you on that room. Unpleasant employees, they can't handle situation problem and they are not good at entertain their guest. The day is so special but they make you feel stress during check in. Never again. The room is not clean.
