We loved the room it was a perfect option for my family(2adults 3 kids). We spent out time walking around the town square and lagoon. Karla helped us book our lagoon tour which was amazing. Great overall experience for our first time visiting Bacalar. We thank everyone and we’ll definitely come back!

Very easy checkin checkout. The personal is very nice and friendly. I asked them about the attractions and area. They recommended a boat tour in the lake and he showed me a nice route for walking.
The room was a junior suite with a kitchen, it was clean and comfortable with a small patio. The location is excellent for dining, coffee and walking. I would stay at the hotel again if I travel to the area again.

Prima appartement. Met 5 personen. Bed met plastic, heb ik eraf gehaald. Vreselijk. Daarna perfect geslapen. Alles schoon en ruim. Klein zwembadje maar prima. Ligt super gelegen in Bacalar. Allemaal leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Heerlijk gegeten. Prachtige lagoon!

Proche de la 5 eme avenue (15mn), petite Résidence propre, bonne literie,draps de plage fourni, produits d'accueil... possibilité d'utiliser des pass d'entrée pour une plage à proximité moyennant 300pesos, ces derniers sont à disposition dans la chambre. Look moderne et tendance. Pas de réception mais des codes d'entrée, ça fonctionne bien... On peut stationner sa voiture gratuitement dans la rue. Des boissons chaudes sont à disposition dans le lobby Mais le thé est vraiment à changer (aucun goût!!!) Seul inconvénient, fréquentation douteuse dans la rue...

The ground floor suite Piña was immaculate and perfectly equipped for all our needs at an enormous discount from rack rates. Plus the hotel's location was just one block from the two best restaurants in town Bacalar lagoon fro ting La Playita and Italian beyond excellence Finisterre.

It’s a very cute and cozy establishment. I really enjoyed my stay, it was at the perfect location with everything at walking distance and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
